Christmas of Love expanded version. I LOVE Erin’s books!! They are Very captivating and this one is an extended version of the previous book. I love how Iris’ parents and her sister Ivy support her even though she lied to them and felt guilty as that’s not how they were raised. Once you pick this book up you wont want to put it down for long, if at all. Such captivating books it feels like your in their world with them. Christmas of Kove. Loved this sweet romance! This book also brings in abuse - teenager to teenager and the long lasting hurt it leaves. Good life lessons with this sweet love as the prize.

Really liked this book and the series. I really liked this book and have read others in the series. Could you possibly number them somehow so I know in which order to read them. On Apple Books it does not show them in any particular order either.

The cracks are showing. The cracks are showing... In the facade of both Ivy and Austin. They should be well adjusted but those little infinitesimal cracks are there. But I quite enjoyed this holiday (12 day fling) read. Why? Because Austin and Ivy are “real” people, in a smalll Idaho town. They aren’t billionaires, just regular peeps, trying to find happiness. Recommend. Purchased.

Christmas expanded version. I struggled through this until I realized that I know what it’s like when kids are so mean. I could understand what Ivy was feeling. It was cathartic when I cried. I like when she realizes that she needs to forgive- for herself.

Luck. While Ivy was home Iris fell, they had to rush her to the hospital Being home longer met she needed to change her plane ticket. Think about it she a artist but not make any money on a painting so she’s working as a waitress, they don’t make a lot of money. So she was stuck there. She met Austin . They did some fun things . Seem to be getting close . She was with Austin when she realize something about her self and she had to go to everybody. . Christmas of Love. I read the first book when it came out and loved it. I really didn't think the author could have improved on it. It was some time ago and all I can say is WOW! I am so glad that I read this one. I have read all of the Long Valley series. Reading these books makes me feel like I am there and visiting with old friends. The characters are wonderful. They really feel so human. They aren't perfect just like me. I love the fact that this book is written in a dual POV format. That is the part that makes the story shine. Ivy is home for her parents' anniversary. She left Sawyer, ID for California right after she graduated high school. She was bullied in school and needed to escape. People back home think she has a thriving art studio. Unfortunately the truth is so much different. She is a waitress. She meets Austin at the party and the sparks just light up between them. One of Ivy's tormentors is at the party (uninvited of course) and cuddles up to Austin. The conversation that Ivy has with herself is adorable!!!! The day after the party, Ivy is due to fly home but her older sister, Iris slips and falls and is rushed to the hospital. Ivy can't leave. She couldn't come home months earlier when Iris was in a car accident so she must stay! Needless to say, Ivy can't get home, she didn't buy an insurance policy for her plane ticket so the cost of a one-way ticket back to California is beyond her limited funds. This is a delightful tale that I so thoroughly enjoyed reading. It was like reading it for the first time. If you enjoy a well-written story that is full of laughs and chuckles, then you will enjoy this one. However, I would only be able to recommend this to someone over 18 as there may be some to take offense to the "bedroom" scene. The author really glossed over the details but I would hate to offend parents of someone younger.

Christmas of Love. This expanded and revised book has wonderful characters. Ivy and Austin have issues to get over. Ivy came home for her parents anniversary party only to have to change her plane ticket because her sister Iris fell. Austin received a job in Long Valley and trying to be nice went out with the waitress from the diner. Tiffany is clingy and thinks her and Austin are in a relationship after one date. Better and Better. A re-write of the original, this book is even better than it was before (and I loved it then). Added content, more depth tot he characters and storyline make this a read you just can't put down. The characters are great and really well-written. I liked how each is struggling a bit to find their way (Ivy more than Austin), but the attraction is real and builds nicely. The big reveal is well-written to give the reader a strong sense of empathy with Ivy’s plight, and build some anger toward Austin for his abrupt reaction. I loved the way Ms Wright brought them back together for their HEA in the end. A really great book that tells a wonderful story. I received a complimentary copy of this book. This is my freely given, honest review.

Get out the Kleenex, this one had me in tears. Ivy and Austin both have baggage, but their friendship that turns into romance is sweet and easy. Until Ivy lets the last shoe drop. This tale is so heartbreaking at times, but not depressing. There is hope right along with it. These everyday Joe characters are fully formed and make you feel like their friend. At the end maybe a happy tear, at least a smile and a sigh.😌

Great reading. What a beautiful book. From the heart. Words and actions can be so hurtful. Lies hurt people also Finding yourself is so important.

Ivy and Austin. Ivy’s life is not what it seems. She seems to be living the perfect life but when she comes home to celebrate her parents anniversery, and her sister has a fall and ends up in hospital, she has to admit that all in her life is not perfect. Falling in love was never in her plans but telling Austin her truth is something she needs to do. This is a beautiful holiday romance.
