The Enchantress by Michael Scott
The Enchantress by Michael Scott Book Summary
Nicholas Flamel appeared in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter—but did you know he really lived? And his secrets aren't safe! Discover the truth in book six of Michael Scott’s New York Times bestselling series the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel.
The Location: The home of the Elders.
The Time: The last day of Nicholas and Perenelle Flamel's long existence.
The two that are one must become the one that is all. One to save the world, one to destroy it.
Sophie and Josh Newman traveled ten thousand years into the past following Dr. John Dee and Virginia Dare to the home of the Elders at Danu Talis. But this is no ordinary island--it is the legendary city of Atlantis, and Scathach, Prometheus, Palamedes, Shakespeare, Saint-Germain, and Joan of Arc are also there. Here, as the Flamels take their final breaths, the battle for the world begins and ends. Except no one is sure what--or who--the twins will be fighting for.
“The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel has everything you loved about Harry Potter, including magic, mystery, and a constant battle of good versus evil.”—Bustle

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is one of my favorite series! You must read it. The first book was kinda boring, but don't let that stop you!! KEEP READING!!! It gets better and better! There are lots of surprises. I was so shocked by the ending.
the best series ever!!. i love it i love it!!
Great book bad ending. The start of the book was great. It was smooth and it pulled you in. It was also very entertaining. Michael Scott did leave a small cliffhanger. It left you thinking. Going towards the end it was good, good fights. But then when josh saved the world it just ended. It was just done over with he saved the world yay! That stunk.
Would be Great!. This would be a great book if I could actually read it without the pages disappearing. Every so often after reading a page, when I flip to the next page, the page I just read reappears and the remaining pages of the chapter disappear. I would like to get my money back and order on Nook, but we all know that isn't going to happen.
what the heck. the book is awesome but the Ebook on my ipod has many many glitches in it. Every other chapter has pages that repeat themselves for 4 or 5 pages and then you miss alot of the chapters. Id rather wait for the book
Strongly disliked this series. Mr Scott writes a series which follows no rational rule system and takes the piss out of the most interesting aspect of fantasy novels, the power hierarchy. This type of fantasy series gives this genre a bad name. Every character in this book is 'powerful' and 'deadly,' yet they're delinquents. Scott throws around the word 'powerful' like it should mean something, and then he creates fight scenes which are cringe-worthy. Birds attacking a car on a bridge? How about exploding the gas tank or creating a hole in the bridge so the car falls through? Prometheus fighting Spartoi with a sword despite being the God of fire? Niten being regarded as the best swordsman in history, even having beaten Scatach? Then he's beaten like a prostitute by said Spartoi? Isis and Osiris being killed by a single sword-thrust from Josh?! A sword they gave him and were perfectly aware he carried? They're Earthlords, hundreds of millennia old, they could have snapped their fingers and turned Josh and Sophie into dust, yet they were too careless and stupid to protect themselves from a sword thrust? There are too many examples to cover in an essay, let alone this review. 99% of the characters in the series spend the six books threatening each other like petulant children despite being 10 millennia old. They run around with sharp weapons instead of guns despite being vulnerable to muskets on Danu Talis. Scott doesn't create a world which common sense can understand or appreciate. He forces a superficial story through a ridiculous obstacle course and creates a trashy gimmick. This series angered me because of its lack of structure and evolution. I really can't fathom how it has so many positive reviews.
GOOD!. It came out!!! Can't wait to buy and read it! :D
Good. Good series I wanted to know what happen to Sophie though.
Great book. I have always loved this series. To find out at the end that Josh is Marethyu and Sophie was still alive was just amazing. I hope everyone else love this too. Also, it kinda saddens me that this series ended. It was a great ride everyone and I hope people will still by this book in the future.
Looks amazing. I love the other books. Already pre-ordered this one. I don't like how they always leave you on cliffhangers. Very interesting on how they go back in time and find their mom and dad.
Best Series Ever. This series was AMAZING. I highly suggest it and it is deffeitly worth reading. With all its twists and turns, this series without a dougbt, was the best ever.
What a fantastic ending.... I'm not going to give away the ending, but boy do I love it when books have a twist at the endanger make it all make sense. I can only imagine how great of a movie this would make...
I'm still in rapture !. This book was highly anticipated and my curiosity and hunger for the finale was met with unprecedented amazement. Like being transported through time that seems so vividly familiar. It's so sad to say goodbye to the two s and all the historical characters of this book. Well done !!!!!
Best. Book. Ever.. Best Book ever. Perıod.
Great!. Great series! I greatly enjoyed reading these books.
What a great book with an original ending. When I started this book I expected another book with a cliché ending.. What I got out of it was a book that will remain in my heart forever
Exciting!!!. A very good finish to the series and the most exciting of them all. Thank you Michael Scott!!!
A great finish. This book managed to finish the series I started reading years ago and tied up all the parts leaving you trying to find something else to want from it but it was finished well.
Amazingly awesome!. I read the first 5 books in the series, and I CAN'T WAIT for this one to come out. Michael Scott has an amazing writing style and I have thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the series. This one is going to be EPIC!¡!¡!¡!
So good. This book has so many plot twists I can't even count them, interesting characters, and a mystical wonderful setting. What else do you need in a book? This is a great series that I have laughed and cried through, and it will give you a history/mythology lesson as well a intriguing plot. If are a Percy Jackson or Harry Potter fan, you will certainly love this book. When I came to the end of this series I felt like all my closest friends suddenly died, and sulked for around an hour. If you don't love this book, all I can say is that you're crazy. May StarClan light your path! -LightningStar ThunderClan warrior
Enchantress. This is the 6th book in one of the best series I've ever read! Michael Scott weaves a wonderful tapestry of history, enchantment and heroism.
Wow. Just Wow.. This is such amazing an amazing book I'm just in awe. I love all the sacrifices made and now the threads come together. I was kind of confused about the whole time travel thing and how that worked and there were definitely some questions that didn't get answered. Like Nicholas told the crow goddess she predated human existence but she's next generation??? Or when Aunt Agnes said her age is measured in hundreds of millinea but she's only 10,000 years old??? And I'm so confused about the bloodlines and who's related to who and so confused about the time travel there is so many paradoxes and I'm confused about the earth lords and archons and ancients about who came first and a lot of things. I feel like Michael Scott added and threw in things to make this book make sense that doesn't agree with the past books. Very disappointed about that but still a wonderful book with an action packed ending that I would recommend to anyone!!!
Wonderful series!. Great to read all the way through. Amazing plot.
Cool but.... Did anyone else's book have multiple Pages. My 1st chapter and second chapter the last few pages are all the same. Other than tht great
Perfect match. This is the perfect match of fiction and history
Amazing. This book is amazing. One of the few books whose ending makes me cry.

Good. Careful because several pages repeat themselves which is really frustrating... But I loved the trilogy :)

Michael is the regional manager of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a paper company, for the majority of the series. Towards the end of the seventh season, he marries human resources representative Holly Flax and moves to Colorado with her in "Goodbye, Michael", an extended episode. He is then absent from the series until the finale. Carell received significant critical acclaim for his performance.
