Edge of my seat!. I think in every book by Stephanie St Klaire I find myself on a ride like non other. Mercy Wyatt is a part of Brother’s Keeper but his Christmas vacation on his family’s s ranch is interrupted by a plume of smoke. What he finds is a woman and her young daughter. His first instinct is to protect them but he has never met them and doesn’t know anything about their back round. I was on the edge of my seat through most of this and for the rest I wanted to jump in and help Brother’s Keeper to find the bad guys. Ms. St Klaire has this way of bringing me to my knees emotionally in her stories. Mercy is so unexpected. He is a good time guy who I wouldn’t mind hanging out with. He had no plans to settle down with anyone. That is until he lays eyes on Sarah. He is drawn to her and I love that. Sarah needs all the help she can get by I can’t say too much about that. Just know that when you think you have it figured out, you don’t. Each chapter reveals more and more but you never see it coming. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Edge of your seat read. I was very excited when this book was announced and it didn’t disappoint. Full of twists, turns and the characteristic charm of SSKs books, it was almost impossible to put down. I knew the love story would be off the charts, but the back story got me as much as the romance. Couldn’t guess what was to come and was totally hooked from beginning to end. Also, I loved getting glimpses from the other Keepers and crossing my fingers we get more of the Keepers soon!!

Deadly pursuit. Exciting. Easy reading. Totally unrealistic treatment of abuse victim. . . Healed/saved/reestablished in a happy life by a good honest man she met five minutes ago

Another fantastic story!. Another hit from Ms. St. Klaire. Her stories are thrilling & full of danger from all directions. Mercy is a member of the Brothers Keepers security force. During some down time, he comes across a woman & child with fear in their eyes. As Mercy takes them under his wing, he knows that Sarah isn’t telling him the complete truth. How can he protect them if she doesn’t trust him with the truth? I love the characters that this author developed. They pull your attention into the story & you become fully invested in their lives. She has created a group of security experts that basically have become a family. They have each other’s backs & enfold their girlfriends/spouses into their protection. Once you start reading this story, you’d better have plenty of time because this story will keep you reading until the end.

Wow. Another intriguing story by this author! A book I just couldn’t put down. Filled with suspense, many hot alpha males(teddy bear ones), adorably cute little girl, bad guys galore and a framed victim. But never fear, with a very HEA that you thought was not going to occur or as expected. Read to find out!!!

Bad on so many levels. The writing is terrible. Mercy pushes himself on her the day after they meet, pressing his erection against her and kissing her, even though he suspects she is a victim of abuse. I stopped reading the book at this point because I was so uncomfortable with his behavior.

Rollercoaster of suspense and emotions.. You can never go wrong with a Stephanie St Klaire book and this one is compelling,suspenseful,sweet and surprising.This book is better than any rollercoaster ride ,with twists, turns and surprises throughout that you never see coming.This is the third in the Brothers Keepers series and is a breathtaking ,chilling ride to the end.Mercy sees Sarah and Glory by the side of their car, which is on fire by his ranch and wants to help them. He has no idea what or who they are running from but he is determined to help them , if only he can find out the truth. The truth is more chilling and diabolical than you can imagine and is clearly bigger than imagined, reaching far and wide. I could not put this book down, between the suspense and heartfelt sincerity between the characters and the love to overcome these challenges it is a must read.

Fantastic. Couldn’t put it down. Action packed and strong storyline and characters. The dynamics between Mercy and the team are spectacular and the feelings that simmered to a full boil between Mercy and Gray was perfect. Absolutely worth the read.

Twists & Turns. Written with so you feel the emotion and pain the character Sarah is going through. In true St. Klaire fashion, there are many twists and turns along the way, as well as steamy romance and evil villains. A page turner for sure as you want to know what is next as the tension builds. The family connection and commitment stays strong in this series. Can’t go wrong with a SSK book!

Deadly Persuit. Although good just had a hard time following the story.

Suspense, Intrigue, Romance. This is Mercy's story and it is a good one. He is visiting the family ranch for the holidays when he discovers Sarah and her daughter, Glory next to their burning car. His protective instincts take over and twists and turns start to take place. Can he protect Saran and Glory? Will the truth come out in the end? Will their chemistry amount to anything? This book was hart to put down and I can't wait for the next brother's story!

Wow!. 4.5 stars Mercy Wyatt is home on his family’s ranch at Christmas when he discovers a vehicle on fire. He tries to put the fire out and discovers ‘Sarah Jones’ and her daughter, Glory, who just escaped from the car. Mercy is pretty sure the name is a false one, and he knows that Sarah is hiding something, but he still feels very protective of her and Glory. They are both drawn to each other, and spend some time getting to know each other during the Christmas holiday season. Mercy discovers that Sarah is indeed hiding things. Unfortunately, she leaves the ranch before he finds out all the details. When he finally decides to go after her, he is almost too late. It turns out there’s a bounty on her head, and she’s been framed for a murder she didn’t commit. However, it’s much bigger than that, and the Keepers have a big job ahead of them. The tension in this book starts up a little slow, and then it builds and builds and builds. These characters are so likable and they’re both so broken, and it is a joy to watch them develop and grow and get stronger. There’s a strong sense of community in this book, which is something that Sarah, now named Gray, needs. Mercy is a swoon-worthy hero, and Gray is a survivor and a heroine. The pacing stays pretty tight throughout this whole book. This is definitely an exciting and worthwhile read if you’re at all interested in the Keepers series!

FAN-TAS-TIC!!. If there existed a 10 star rating this story would be it. The suspense is chilling and the romance is swoon worthy. I KNEW Mercy’s story was going to be great but this was so much better than my expectations. Gray and Glory’s story is heartbreaking but with Mercy’s help and protection they get the HEA they deserve. If you are a romantic suspense lover you don’t want to pass up this story. I promise you will be glued to your seat until the end.

Loved the twists and turn.. 5 Stars Mercy is laying low at the family ranch for the Christmas holiday while waiting for his next assignment with Brothers Keepers. He had no idea the burning car he came upon would change his life forever. SSK brings her latest installment in the Keeper’s series and continues to us bring her A game. No one writes suspense and curveballs better than her. Seriously, her mind is a scary place lol. I loved Mercy and Gray’s story, but it definitely isn’t for the faint of heart. Hearing what Gray (Sarah) went through will break your heart and it can only take the love of a strong man to remind her she’s the strong survivor she really is.
