Lovingly

This was a very vague book whose topics rapidly switched back and forth. It seemed like the writing was rushed.

This book has enlightened my way of my thinking and has a lot of great insights on how to improve ourself for the greater good profoundly

It’s was confusing and had weird punctuation.

Some part of the book was a little boring. However, some tips were very useful. It is a free book. Thank you

Such a good book!

Excellent

Poorly written. Meme-style bullet point ā€œadviceā€ given with no insight on how to apply it.

Fantastic read if you actually take steps to apply this to your life. He lays it out like a map.

There’s probably some wisdom here for the right audience, but the steam of consciousness writing voice doesn’t land for this reader.

I made it through about four pages. I don’t think they had anyone edit this book.

A good read time

So I went to school this year and I said I am going to have a fun time this year the minute I walked in class I stared to cry people where calling me face and said " What do you think you are doing here the barn is down the street." that day I became. Insure about me I worked out and starved my self I did not eat for 10 days this book helped me it taught me I don't need to look cool to be cool be yourself It does not matter of what people think about you it is about how you love yourself. Later in the school year I started like boy clothes (I am a female) and they made fun of me I would get in trouble by the teachers because the the girls would scream when I walked in the girls restroom because they taught I was a boy and I would get detention. Then I went to the school therapist and I went and said hi she tried not to scream then I went back to class and all I did was cry and the teacher said it would get me in trouble of was still crying in 6 minutes and I did not so mv mom was called then she pulled me out of that school and went to my other school and the same thing happened I was pulled out of 3 other schools then this one school no one was mean to me I love my school now. I am going to 6th grade so it was crazy this year if 5th but that is where i met my boyfriend he is the best he found this book for me and I love it.

Don’t even bother

Trying to read this book was like reading a 14 year old girl’s diary. Poorly written. Poorly edited. Just don’t waste your time. There are WAY better books out there. This book had so many grammar errors, absolutely nothing was cited or proof given of things said. You can’t take other peoples’ ideas and just write them as your own. If you say ā€œrecent studies sayā€, you have to actually say what those studies are. Giving health/workout/diet advice without any kind of knowledge of those topics is just wrong. If you do strength training 4 times a week, you do NOT work every major muscle group every time. NO NO NO.

Excellent book

I like how they try to keep it lighthearted but the multiple typos and somewhat scattered layout of the book is a bit of a turnoff for me. Hard to take it serious

I loved the content in this book believe it or not this was my first book I’ve ever read. Thank you to the author for all the life lessons in this book.

Easy read!! Very helpful!!

Read Growth & Development with words study you learn who you are balanced stress love stress enjoy life and nature

Very awesome read and relaxing for the mind!

In this book, the author reviewed and analyzed human success/failure lessons. It was easy to read for someone who does not speak English fluently. Many typos appear in the book; I'm not sure how it passed the publisher's editing phase, but it's definitely not up to standard.

Good advice

šŸ‡§šŸ‡Ŗ

This book was okay. There’s a bunch of typos but once you get passed them and dissect what the author is trying to say, there are some good key points in this book. I have a couple things that I will take a way from reading this, but it wasn’t a drastic ā€œchange your lifeā€ type of book, nor did it really motivate me in the way the author was trying to achieve.

I think after finishing this book, I will be reading it again !

Loved everything about this book

Primer libro terminado del 2022. Excelente forma de empezar este año. Me recordó cosas que debo hacer, aprender y recordar para acercarme a la mejor versión de mi

This book, just wow. Incredibly written, everything about it is just perfect. I’ve taken my notes and these will be tips I use for the rest of my life. Thank you so muchšŸ’“

Great book, for people who want change and have no guidance or appropriate steps towards making it.

This book lays it all out in an inspirational ā€œhow toā€ guide on what you need to do to improve yourself and your life.

I can’t tell you enough how much I loved this book and how much it taught me in just a few pages !!! It’s a must read for life lessons

Amazing book for anyone out there who is trying to overcome a better life and a better character! šŸ‘šŸ½šŸ’Æ

Very informative! Truly helped me on my self love journey.

Author does have many spelling and grammar errors. I did take away some ideas from the book, but lack a lot of substance.

It’s a really good read, some grammatical errors here and there, unfortunately. Doesn’t hinder the value of the message though !

Really nice written

Loved the book

Brings a new perspective to success and a healthy lifestyle. Good read!

It’s very easy to read, especially when English in not your original language

I am 51 years old, and consider myself fairly well-read. This book is, without a doubt, the absolute worst thing I have ever read in my life — and I’ve read a Nicholas Sparks novel! The myriad spelling errors, paired with horrific grammar made it a tough slog. But then a bunch of mixed metaphors, subject-verb disagreements, and inexplicable mid-sentence first-to-third or vice versa person changes said, ā€œHold my beerā€, and wreaked their havoc. In addition to these attacks on the language, the author apparently lacks the ability to discern the proper uses of, ā€œyourā€ vs ā€œyou’reā€, or ā€œitsā€ vs ā€œit’sā€, as these were improperly used at least four or five times, collectively. There was also a completely false anecdote claiming that George Washington regularly rode into battle naked. (I couldn’t find any source of him ever doing so even once. Alas, lest you chalk me up as simply a grammar snob, let me assure you that, although the book is completely riddled with the flaws I have listed above, all of this rests upon a solid foundation of absolutely terrible writing.

Worth the read. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this book!!! Thank you Great for self development and growth !!

The very first chapter will catch your attention. All the way to the end. The author does a great job at adding humor and fun to a very important aspect of life.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I gained some very insightful keys and questions that made me ponder. My only complaint would be the typos šŸ˜… Overall, a great read, I specifically enjoyed the last 3 chapters. I would recommend.

There are a lot of typos and grammar errors, making it tough to read.

This book has tremendously benefited me. As I was reading I used the principles presented as a mirror for myself and it helped me to readjust. Highly recommended if you are someone who is seeking self improvement.

Great book for anyone looking to self improve

I really enjoyed this, it helped me step outside myself and analyze my life and the things I’m doing everyday as a friend, daughter and spouse my mood has increased greatly and my outlook on my life is much more positive. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs some words of encouragement!

Must read it.

Horrible grammar and spelling. Couldn’t get through the first chapter.

superb!

Easy to read. Some good insights.

The grammar is really bad, it is like he is talking to his mate in the pub. There does not seem to be any evidence behind the advice.

Terribly worded. I wouldn’t even call this fluent English! High school student write better!

A lot of grammatical mistakes made it hard to read. No real flow, just seemed like a bunch of blog posts stuck together.

I found the ideas pretty boring, grammatical errors meant reading was not smooth at all

The book I’ve been looking for!

Has some spelling and grammatical mistakes but keeps every chapter like an a short, quick, easy-read book.

This book give me a great sense of belief in my self. In a time where I found my self confused and lost, it provided me with patience to think and re evaluate myself. A great read to help improve your self belief and acknowledge yourself to become a better person in yourself. Recommended šŸ‘šŸ¼

Dude this book Is so boring do not read it it’s sooooooooooo boring I rate it 1 star literally terrible

If you can read the title of my review, congratulations! You may be able to make it through the first 20 pages of the book just like the rest of us. This ā€œbookā€ is garbage. It’s the ramblings of someone so pretentious, they’ve tricked other people into reading what they actually committed to paper. It’s devil magic and you kids stay away.

There’s a lot of grammatical errors which makes you wonder if the information is factual based. There is some good information in the book but it is not attention grabbing. It’s lack of organization makes it a boring read and every chapter is 3 pages. Why not have chapters with main ideas and sub sections that look at it from the different perspectives??

The author sounds arrogant and put together like a man child. Maybe this is advice for only other man children but overall it’s a waste of space

very helpful & helped me get back on track with myself! If you are looking for ways to grown within yourself & grow your mind & many areas in your life.. this book is it!

While reading through this book it’s hard to ignore the grammatical errors throughout the first few pages. It turned me off from the content of the book.

I enjoyed the read this is coming from someone who doesn’t critique someone’s grammar... if you can’t stand grammatical errors then you may not like this book apparently.

It’s a good book but some writing mistakes

Kind of all over the place. Reading the first 20 pages, I really appreciated the format of quick reads and 10 usefully tips. Then the tips became more vague afterward...telling you ā€œwhatā€ to do instead of ā€œhowā€ to a mental change or action. Then the subjects became random and not very helpful. Nice try, but seems like someone’s home project and does not have expertise. Gave it a 2 stars because I think this book has potential.

Love this book! Surprised it’s for free. So many gems and jewels that I can personally apply to myself!

Wasn’t proofread before it was published. It makes reading a headache.

Literally all of the text is regurgitated information from buzz feed articles

I love the purpose of this book but the intentions are fading away in the terrible grammar. I stopped at page 24 because I was spending more time fixing grammatical errors than actually reading.

I enjoyed it. Insightful and helpful.

A great and simple read that wasn’t too long. Most is common sense but it’s great to read reminders of what you make your life about.

So many grammatical errors and I’m only on page 8

Reading this book meant a lot to me because I am not much of a reader. I’ve always had a motivation to improve my life and my inner self but I couldn’t find something (a guide per say) to help me accomplish my goals. Having read this writing, it gave me a good sense of where I should start and what it should look like along the way to me for filling my steps to being better. It’s a straight to the point style that gives examples and stays relatable to the viewer. This guide really is for everyone that’s willing to listen. Hope this review helped you decide whether to read this great book. PS- There are a few simple grammatical mistakes and some ideas are repeated. (Reason for 4 stars)

A bunch of online articles (?) grouped together and called a book

This may be the worst book I have ever read. Grammatical errors abound, and the advice generally amounts to something along the lines of ā€œto not feel stressed, let go of stress ā€œ. Not sure how this ever got published. The one redeeming quality is it was free, but my advice would be don’t waste your time

I have anxiety and work stress. This book hit on a lot of topics... I will incorporate a lot of this information into my everyday life... Thank you, I enjoyed reading this book.

The sample opened me up to Inspirational Woody Allen quotes. lol um hard pass.

This is supposed to be a book?? There are so many grammatical errors in this it’s ridiculous !

On my top five of self improvement books! Excellent read!
