A page turner!. The flow of the book was excellent. I was surprised to look down an find only 30 pages left. I could relate in a small way to this story because my young dating life also started out with a crazy, alcoholic lunatic with a violent bent. I’m so happy to have escaped and thrilled that Julie did too. God watches over the righteous and answers their cries for help!

And as someone just getting out of a similar situation to Julie in a controlling relationship, this book is a reminder that there is light on the other side. You’ll want to read this one!

Entertaining but grammatical errors. The concept behind the book was good enough but the many, and I mean many, spelling and grammatical errors makes it as if they did not proofread before publishing. It is a free book, I suppose, so what do you expect, but not sure I am super interesting in paying for the rest of the series to read all the mistakes.

Free to love. While overall story idea is good. Conversations between characters early in book are totally inane. Very disappointing.

Incomplete. A touching but incomplete story. It would have been better combined with the next part of the story. It describes the oft repeated situation of money not bringing true love and how people with faith have a much more fulfilled life without money and its trappings.
