As always. A fun read. Started a bit slow but as always picked up and finished well.
Hard to put down. As usual, Cotton gets involved in an amazing adventure. Steve Berry writes so descriptively that I feel like I have been to all of these incredible places! I wish that Cotton could have made some progress in his personal life but.... Hopefully next book?! Thanks for writing something that is so entertaining and educational.

Not worth your time. A poorly written, tedious, and labored novel, which even has typographical errors, including the spelling of the name of one of the main characters on page 149. The dry subject matter, the attempted financial collapse of the United States due to the actions of one bad man and his female helper, is dull. There are what seems like endless pages of uninteresting historical documents through which to wade. The author's repeated use of the pronouns "he" and "she" ends up being confusing. Much of the time you don't know which character is doing the talking or carrying out some kind of action. He seems not to believe in antecedents. Simply put, this is not a good book. Not a story that grabs you. It's more of a slog than anything else. I felt obligated to finish it only because I paid for it. I wish I could get back my money.
Not his best. It was ok. The premise was weak and the plot flawed. He has many more interesting.
The Patriot Threat. Once again Steve Berry writes a wonderful novel, I really love these stories, characters and plots. I really wish he could write more than one novel a year. I have read all of his novels, and short stories, the Cotton Malone books are so amazing , thank you , Steve, your the best.

Steve Berry (born September 2, 1955) is an American author and former attorney currently living in St. Augustine, Florida. He is a graduate of Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. He was a trial lawyer for 30 years and held elected office for 14 of those years. He is a founding member of International Thriller Writers—a group of more than 4,200 thriller writers from around the world—and served three years as its co-president. Work Berry first appeared in print with his historical thrillers The Amber Room and The Romanov Prophecy in 2003 and 2004. A practicing attorney at the time, Berry had been writing fiction since 1990, and it took him 12 years and 85 rejections before selling a manuscript to Ballantine Books.
