Shunned No More. Excellent. Fast read. Looking forward to the next book
Good but…. Overall this is a good read with great plot and writing. However, it ended way too fast paced than necessary.
ASHUNNED NO MORE. I REALLY ENJOYED READING THIS BOOK. THE FEW TYPOS WERE EASY TO DISREGARD.
Enjoyed Reading It. I felt like the ending was rush ,and pieces of the story was missing.
Fabulous!. Christins McKnight is a jewel amongst Regency Romance writers! I cannot remember when I’ve been so thoroughly immersed in a story and cared so much about the characters, that I never wanted it to end. This is the 2nd Christina McKnight novel I have read. The 1st one had me searching for more by this immensely, talented, writer and I plan to spend the days ahead reading her books, until I’ve read them all. With this plan, I’ve many months of enjoyment awaiting me. Thank you Ms McKnight!
Wonderful first book in the series!. This book starts with a young and foolish Lady Viola, who as a debutante, inspired a duel between two brothers that did not end well for either. She has been spending the years since that event in seclusion, raising foals and helping disadvantaged children. Brock returned to his estate to find a wife, fill the barn with foals and seek revenge for his brothers' death. When he met Lady Viola while purchasing the foals, he was unaware that it was the same women responsible for their deaths. My heart hurt for Lady Viola. While she inspired the duel, the bothers were responsible for their own actions. She tried to work hard, give back and live her life without trouble. She did not want romance in her life, yet her father thought it was time for her to re-introduce herself to society and find a husband. She was so trusting of those close to her and did not want to go back to the life of the ton. Sadly, the choice was not for her to make. Christina McKnight brought all of the characters to life with her words. At one point, and I won't share which one, I actually cried. It's rare that an author can do that to do with his/her words. I loved this book and hope that you will to.
Great tension. Characters were fun
Ho Hum. Boring
Shunned no more. Good characters. No explicit sex scenes that I appreciate. I would reccomend.
Shunned No More. This novel was well written and kept the reader interested in the outcome from beginning to end. Author did a good job in her research of the time period. The characters were well versed in their specific phase of their interactions.
Interesting characters. For once these were not unidimensional characters A bit long
No no no. I’m sorry but the writing in this book is subpar. It started out with promise but quickly dissolved into an unreadable plot .
Rated PG to R. There were a couple of holes left open in this story that might be explained later in a sequel. There is some language and in the last chapter, an R rated sex scene. Other than that, story is basically well written. I'm not sure if I will read the sequels or not at this time.
4 stars. Really entertaining!
Slow down. Good story, I love a story that has a steady flow this one seemed to jump from one part to another.
A nice story, but some things missing and an abrupt ending. A nice plot, but it seemed like the book ended too soon. It was almost as if the author decided the book was getting too long, and just…wrapped it up. Nothing was resolved with Brock’s cousin, even though there were hints that he might have been involved in the twins’ death. Vi lost her beloved stables and business, and there was no resolution to that situation. The main characters suddenly decided they were attracted to each other enough that they could forget about the past and get married.

Very American Language. It was a nice story; however, it felt unresolved. There could have been more to tie up the Rodney, Connor and Hamp characters with Vi and Brock’s situation. Also the language used is very American and historically inaccurate. If the plot is to be set in England, then words like “stoop” and “ranch” and “jerk” should not be used... not to mention the character names.
Shunned no more. I enjoyed the complexities of the characters and the story. It is a lovely story and both the main characters have many flaws that I found interesting. The period time was well written. It is an enjoyable book to read and slightly different to the usual historical books that I read. I'm sure you will enjoy this book as much as I have.
Shunned no more. A good story would have like a bit more at the end seemed to end abruptly , but good story line strong characters , worth the read , like this writers stories
Sweet story. A sweet story about forgiveness and friendship. Finished very abruptly … would have loved for it to got longer…
Understood the premise but....... I understood the premise behind the story No one blamed Viola more than herself. However, for me the fact that her stablemaster also had a score to settle as well, was just a little too over the top for me...... It just got thrown in there..... the story was managing quite well with Viola and Brock being antagonists. Apart from that quite a nice little holiday read, nothing to stretch the grey matter though.
Forgotten no more. Good read.light story for a night in front of the fire
Not really a romance. I would not really classify this book as a romance novels the two "lovebirds" we're barely in the same scenes together I managed to finish the book but was really a waste of time sorry
Shunned no more. A rattling good read. Definitely a page turner.
Shunned no more. I really love your writing. Read a few and searching for the next. Hettie Jonker
