awesome!. I totally got into this story. It was fantastic! Jake and Ashly are meant to find love. I just know it.

My despicable ex. Don't waste your time! Unless you wish to purchase vol 2-3 you are left with a predictable teaser with no believable story line and no conclusion.

My Despicable Ex (Part 1). I enjoyed the story up until the point it was the end. It didn't feel like you finished writing, I realize you are the Author, but most books finish the storyline in one book. You wouldn't have to say whether they got back together, but at least finish their trip together and book 2 or "part 2" could be where you intwine the life of their friends more and let us know if they get back together.

A little too calm for me!. Being young people are supposed to make mistakes but being left at the alter is unforgivable! Ashly was too calm for me. Matter of fact Jake would come up missing if contesting the will didn't work. The reason I didn't rate this book higher is because it never took me to the edge. I wanted angst built up passion that just oozes from the book this is just luke warm. Sure it's five years later and she been through a lot but she was a little forgiving. From the way This book is playing out I think everyone is in to get them back together.

Hated it. Very bland and dry. I thought this book would be better the characters were one dimensional with no personality. Jake was just using her to get his cut of the money he didn't deserve. Jake didn't care about her enough to contact her, only when money was involved. Jake just didn't care about her at all!!

More, please. The story was very good and I think that the narrative lines by the star Ashley were too detailed so I skip some of them and mostly read the quotes.

This should be a travel novel.. The writing was great, I was entertained with all the different animal situations and adventure. I wish there was more character development for Jake, he just seems like a selfish guy who wants what he can’t have because we get nothing from his perspective. There was also no “romance” in this book. Romantic settings? Yes. Every page. But never anything between the two of them, not even a chance encounter, leaving you wanting. I think that’s honestly why I kept reading, hoping there was something in the next chapter that would make me WANT them to get back together. But no.

Cant Wait to Read Part 2. A really good read with a cliffhanger ending. I can see how some readers would be irked, but I really enjoyed the story and will be picking up a copy of book two. After all, I have to find out what happens next!

Poorly-written, amateur writer. I've been reading eroticas for a few years now and this is the worse erotica/romance novel I've encountered yet. There is no sense of direction with the theme of this book. The characters are dull and repetitive. And the detailing was overdone when it came to describing the settings. I also found the fact that the author overused the words "amazing" and "despicable". Those are now the two words in the English vocabulary I deplore the most because of Ms. Rose. I'm not sure what ran through the her head as she was writing this, but more so what the editor and publisher were on for even allowing this book to become an actual end-product. If this long paragraph didn't explain thoroughly my pure dissatisfaction, then read this book and kill off the remainder of your brain cells by purchasing the "continuation" of it.

No Stars!. Worse book ever! WHAT!?! This is just half of a book, you have to buy the second half!! And the female character is just plain stupid! Whines all through the first 3-400 pages! She deserved to be left at the alter. I could not finish and couldn't wait to delete this sad excuse for a book. What a complete waste of time!

Hmmm. Book one definitely better than book two, don't think it needed two books, could have all been put together in one book. It felt like two 15 year olds having a conversation. Felt like i was watching a really bad high school drama production, with the acting so bad i wanted to scrub my eyes out and block my ears. I like the story line/plot but i think more work could have been put into it.

Travel diary. This book read much like a travel diary. Not what I was looking for really! Characters were very 2 dimensional and could have been developed further. The storyline was sketchy and lacked intrigue. Mmmm... Won't be reading the 2nd installment.
