The Best. So I have seen some people saying that if you think that the kjv bible is the most accurate then don’t call yourself a Christian. Let me just make this clear, your opinion on the Bible doesn’t make you a Christian your faith in Jesus is what makes you a Christian, and yes I know that this kjv bible is different from the original kjv but that doesn’t give you an excuse to decide if someone is Christian or not mkay. We love him as he first loved us.. JESUS IS SOOOO GOOD! If you have come to know him through reading his word, than I am praying that he would show him self to you every day. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense, but all that the Bible says is true. We as Christ’s followers should never doubt that. You may find that different versions write details a little different. It’s Okay.. It drags on a bit, but comes to a thrilling conclusion at the end (spoiler alert). I wasn’t a fan of the slavery or homophobia. I especially liked when there was a whale that swallowed one of the protagonists and miraculously survived. The second part was kind of boring, but the first part had some action that I could not put down.

I love it, but..... I love having a bible in my pocket wherever I go but when I want to find a Verse I have too scroll through all of the books of the Bible and there chapters to find it. But still it’s really nice!

a bit much. A bit too long imo Got thru most of the first part, but skipped through some of the more dull lists of names, historical events, and such; a few good stories here and there. Wasn't a fan of the homophobia, sexism, and support for slavery. (yikes) Part 2 was a bit of an improvement; it started slow, but got more interesting as it went on. Some of this guy's ideas are pretty solid, but I'm a bit shocked to have never heard anyone else defend them! Honestly became a bit communist there, not gonna lie. Overall it was better (and easier to parse) than the first part. All in all, it was a bit lackluster for how much is written in it; also full of numerous historical and scientific innaccuracies, archaic attitudes, and defenses of inhumane behaviors! as well, it had several instances of self-contradiction! Definitely over-hyped for such a lengthy and insipid read.

Terrible translation. There are way better translations that are more accurate then the KJV. For a free book, it’s fine if you want general themes. If You want to study scripture, get a different version.

Different wording... In this ebook Bible Mathew Chapter 24:8 it says it’s the “beginning of sorrows.” When I’m my real Bible KJV says “Beginning of Birthing pains.” Some words and phrases are very different then then actual KJV Bible.

Which is the best version?. The King James Version is the “standard” Bible, but being a ‘version’ it follows that it has been edited, not by God, but by man, some 1600 years after Jesus died. Which bits are missing? Was anything added? Give thought to that you mid-west Bible-belt people who believe that every word is true. And, while I’m at it, can anyone explain why there is absolutely no description of Jesus, arguably the most important figure in the history of the world. We know considerably more about Buddha who lived some 600 years before Jesus than we know about the Son of God.

Thank you. My husband and I recently started to attend a new church. My Bible is a 20 year old student Bible certainly in need of replacing. This new digital version is truly welcome. In the mall book store, Bibles were $25-$40. I simply couldn't afford one this month. Having available technology through work, I found your free KJV. Thank you. Missing Chapters. So I was looking for a specific verse in Galatians and as I’m scrolling throught the book, I realized that Galatians chapter 4 is just totally missing. and there is no galatians chapter 4 in the drop down option either. how does someone just skip a whole a chapter and not notice. very irritated.

Poor Decision. After reading this book I have found numerous contradictions throughout. It says that this God being is all loving yet he wipes out the entire population of earth except for a few people? He also kills the first born of all the pagans in Egypt and was still considered all loving? This book is a load of crap.

Needs improvement. Generally am not a reviewer nor a complainer but to help improve this app, I have to suggest a couple things. Scrolling to a book and chapter is difficult. I suggest a drop down option. It is a challenge moving from one book or chapter to another in church, with the scroll option. You quickly get left behind. Highlights and notes should be available separately,as appose to in one list location. Going to delete this app because there are to many others to choose from with the capability I am looking for right now. However, I will keep looking for the change.

Had enough with the scrolling. I have loved this app in every other way, but I can no longer deal with this scrolling through every single book to get to the book I want to read. Especially if I use it in class, it makes it un-useable. I waited for an update.... Sadly, I can no longer wait.
