A good read. The story was interesting to read. I love the twist involving the Brothers Gimm for the series. While reading I was wondering if some edits needed to be made and there was some good word choice that I didn't know and looked up to make sure it fit. I did get caught up in the story and wanted to find out/ read more. I'm going to finish reading this series.

This got me hooked on Fae’s and such. I am not so hooked on anything faerie, elves, witches and wizards and anything dark fairytales! So not boring and always only a touch of sexy parts just enough to leave you wanting more! This was a good book and I’m glad to see it here, I had lost it in my old Fire tablet that broke. Well you won’t be disappointed and you will get to the end too fast! Enjoy!

Loved the story... hated the ending. My heart broke!!! Really not what I was expecting..... In my opinion it is a good story up to the last chapters..... gave me heartache :( Hope to find consolation on the next books of the serie.... :)

Loved it!. This book is amazing!! I picked up this book because the cover caught my eye and plus it was free on iBooks so I began reading this book and let me tell you I devoured this book!! Mina's character is easily to love her and feel for when she has certain crisis. It certainly plays to the YA genre and I'm a big fan of this series. I love how throughout this series Mina accepts her role and she grows as a character. Onto book #2!

Can't get into it. I'm on chapter 11 or 12 and I still haven't found myself captured by the plot. I find that the romance doesn't seem to fit in with the fairy tale theme. I keep waiting for it to capture my attention like other books by this author but find myself losing focus because the plot is all over the place. It has potential but it jumps too much and the characters aren't very relatable. I want to like it but can't.

Great series. “...she only realized later she had purposely dressed down” (Fairest) Can I just say, Nan is the ultimate and most amazing person in this whole series. Forget about an ever book (although I’d be all for that) a book about Nan I’d pay anything for :)

Unenchanted. This is the first book in a series that has a modern twist and completely new take on old familiar fairy tale characters. I was drawn in from the start and I’m enjoying the characters. Good mixture of humor, suspense, adventure, and even some clean romance.

Interesting Story, written badly. Even from the very beginning this was hard to read because it reminded me of one of those cheap, crappy Wattpad stories. Everything was too stereotypical about the main character, about her crush, about everything really. And it does have a nice plot idea, but it just wasn't written in a way that doesn't make me cringe or want to quit reading the story all-together because of its cheapness.

I really love this series.. I got the first book years ago when my grandparents bought me a kindle and let me tell you this series evoked so many different emotions in middle school me. It’s a free book, read it. The rest of the series is just as good, it keeps getting better and it’s well worth the price if it’s not underpriced.

Only thing was there were a couple spots where the dialog did not end with quotation marks (punctuation issue) and there were a few spelling mistakes. Just no. I can't believe I actually finished the book. The main character is an overly obsessive lovestruck girl that stalks her crush -_- I admire the writing style (though sometimes minor typos and grammar mistakes were a bother) and the out-of-the-box concept idea. But even from the first few chapters, I got so annoyed because of the characters. Like so many bad books out there, this is one of them.

SOO GOODD!!!. I loved IT!! From the beginning to the end !! :) personnally i prefer Jared over Brody cuz i prefer the teaser over the good guy maybe thats just me ! And i feel really bad for Mina the fact That nobody remembers her and what happened specially Brody!! :( but besides its one those books or series of books to read at least once in life!! :) i recommande it STRONGLY !!!! Ridiculous!. I loved it I kept me hooked till the end but the ending was stupid! Good but not Great (yet). Quick Thoughts 1. Lots of editing mistakes. Spelling, grammar, sentence structure, etc. Drove me crazy. 2. The characters are all really boring and flat. They have no personality to them. 3. The main character was very typical. Shy, clumsy, and not self-confident at all. 4. The plot had so much potential and I feel like this book was mostly fluff. 5. I'm willing to give the rest of the series a chance in hopes that it'll get better. I know it can!

Amazing. Just when I thought i would never find a good book to read until somehow I wondered off into this book, it was the first chapter that got me hooked, I was done the book in less than a week. 10/10 will read again ❤️

I was pretty skeptic about buying the book because it is unknown, but Chanda Hahn is an amazing writer I love the characters especially Mina and Jared. The story line is really different to anything I've read, and as someone who is a sucker for Grimm fairy tales, she gave them a new and interesting twist. Definitely recommend

Too much time, not enough book. I adore these characters so much! This different take on not just one old fairytale, but all of our favourite childhood stories, is well written, easy to follow and incredibly addictive! It took me all of six hours to finish book two. As I was reading I continuously compared Brody with Joss and Jared with Kael, two characters from one of my favourite books The Iron Butterfly. And only after I finished UnEnchanted did I realise why I was making these comparisons - same author! (I was worried that because of this, it meant that the books were virtually the same. But they aren't.) My final point is about the protagonist, Mina. She is one of a minority of female protagonists that is actually similar to real girls today. Despite her lack of money, I found her far easier to relate to than many other female protagonists I read about. She is down to earth, realistic in her reasoning and expectations and the way her thoughts and feelings were described are almost exactly how I, myself, feel as a teenage girl. Overall, brilliant plot, developed characters and realistic in today's society.

Love it. Mina was excellent at handling the situation and I had a similar dream or nightmare about this book. So it means I love it even more!

Readable. I don't really like this book. The idea was good, and can make a great story, but this wasn't it. The characters were too cliche, and some bits were so boring I had to skip them. It doesn't flow, and the words felt chunky and clumsy when I read them. Some bits were okay, and fairly enjoyable so I would read it if there was nothing else, but it is definitely not a favourite of mine.

Better than expected for a free book. This book sat on my iPad for months as a free download. I finally decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. It's not award winning writing, but the characters are really well written and it's a fun,easy read. Feels a bit like a YA book at times, and pop culture refs stick out like a sore thumb, but hey, I just bought book 2!

Surprisingly Entertaining. I didn’t think I would like this book at first. The uncoordinated girl and the rich boy seemed a bit cliched. But the book was surprisingly enjoyable and light-hearted. A lot of young adult books that I have read lately are heavy and leave you feeling a bit drained at the end, but there is enough comedy in this that I would have no issues jumping straight into the next one

Disappointed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even make it past the first chapter. The writing was stilted, uncomfortable, and flat. The characters weren’t likeable and were one dimensional, and the action was predictable and shallow. I usually really like YA fantasy etc, but this was bland. I really wanted to stick with it but had to give up and remove the download after less than twenty pages.

Not that good. I like the idea of the story but the lead character is a bit too dumb and like the other characters she’s just flat, without personality and even though I tried to give the series a chance I did not enjoy the way the characters are portrayed.

Readable even through the typos. A good teenage/ YA book, especially as its free. There's a few typos and sentences that don't make sense throughout although as the story is so readable these are almost easy to forget. I would definitely read a sequel if it was free/ inexpensive

Awesome. I stayed up till one o'clock at night reading this book and when I finished it I was like "what !? Oh no no you are not leaving me now at a point like this where you haven't answered the most important question ever",And I raced for the sample of the next one because I just had to know if Jared remembers, but I had a feeling that he does because otherwise the book wouldn't be awesome it would be a book that has a heart breaking cruel and terrible ending. Unenchanted. If there was more stars I would give it 1000 , I am a big reader and this was the first book I read before I started to read like big time . I feel so sorry for mina , she's very clomsey like me :) I recommend this to EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant. This book is so good! It normally takes me months to read a book but I read this in a few days, I just couldn't put it down. You can relate to Taylor and her life, well apart from the famous dad and glamourous lifestyle. The ending was slightly disappointing but overall it's great. I would strongly recommend it.

LOVE THIS SERIES. I am obsessed with the UnEnchanted Series. I love this author because her books are so original. She takes the basic elements of classic fairytale stories and then changes them so they fit into the main character’s modern day life. If you call being hunted down by fairytale characters disguised as normal people, excpect with unordinary powers and abilities. Mina Grime has been an outcast her whole life. She’s clumsy and not the best in school. Her acclivity to causing accidents that harm herself or those around her are often occurring. Just as her confidence is seemingly at an all time low, she gets thrown into the lime light at school and attracts the attention of the school golden boy Brody. Mina knows something is off however, because she didn’t get her moment of fame at school on accident. In fact, she was the person who caused the entire that accident that almost killed Brody. Utterly confused by the things happening in her life, it is finally revealed that Mina is a descendant of the Grimm Brothers, writers of the Brother’s Grimm. Mina is bound to a curse set in motion hundreds of years ago by the Grimm Brothers. After her father’s death at the hand of the tales he was forced to fight, Mina is left as the next Grime in line to get the Grimoire and attempt to capture all the evil fae that attempting to kill her. The only way out alive is for Mina to defeat every story. Don’t worry though; Mina has the help of Brody and her best friend Nan. Oh and there’s Jared. Jared somehow mysteriously ends up popping up in Mina’s life when she needs him most and seems to know everything about the curse Mina is trying to defeat. But they claim to despise each other… for now. Chanda Hahn is a brilliant storyteller and I will forever be in love with the UnEnchated series. So many books, especially young adult books, are clichés. I love this series because these books don’t follow the normal young adult patterns. Hahn somehow breaks clichés even while using stories that have already been written. I loved every second of this story. There were times that I was bothered by typos or missing words, but I believe Chanda Hahn self published the first book. Each book in the series is better than the last, so if you are hooked by the story it only gets better from there! Trust me, there is a lot of great content to come… like another boy ☺.

Top. This book was one of the best books I've ever read no wait ! It's the Best ! It didn't just make me feel happy or sad , it turned me up and filled me with so much joy at times and fueled me with anger , hurt , and sadness at others . It's truly amazing ❤️

ITS AMAZING!!!. I love this book soooo much!!! Once I read the first couple of pages I was hooked!! There is so much attention to detail and it's really easy for the reader to imagine all of the scenes happening in their head!! I bought the whole series and may I say it didn't disappoint!!!

Not finished sentences. While i was reading I saw that a few sentences didn’t make any sense. It was still an amazing book but I still want to see sentences that make sense to the viewers. Thank you for writing this book! It’s amazing!

Average chick flick. I love fairy tales, so this is right up my alley. The story is a bit rushed, with the characters not well developed, but it is interesting all the same. I definitely wouldn't read it again, but I don't regret reading it either. A nice short chick flick to pass time with.

The entire series never gets boring. The author never writes a single boring scene. It's always action, romance, or some sort of venture. Its a perfect ride full of emotions and twists. I highly recommend this book and its series. If possible I would give 10 stars.

Good read. This book is great. Grammar errors sometimes but it was an amazing plot though I wish they all could be free. It was not how I wanted it to end. Though I realize that I wasn't the one writing, but I mean seriously memory loss? I will spoil it no further I really enjoyed it.

Stick with it!. The first in this series is set with a brilliant idea and base, but it is not flawlessly executed - it can be a little lacking depth at times and it’s got some minor continuity problems. But! Stick with the series! #2 is better than #1, and #3 is better than #2, etc. Each book adds layer upon layer to the story, until there’s so much going on that getting to the ending is an emotional thrill ride. In a lot of ways, the complication and depth of the story increases as Mina matures, kind of like Jane Austen’s Emma - which is its own type of beauty. By the end of the series, you feel like you’ve grown with Mina, which is cool. I thoroughly enjoyed this series, and I hope you will too :)

This book.... In my opinion, this book was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I didn’t expect too much out of it and began it just to pass the time. However, I was instantly entranced. Although there were plenty of grammatical errors, it was easily overlooked and complteley overshadowed by the expertly crafted plot. This book put a great spin to classic fairy tales and the storyline was so engaging, I couldn’t stop until I finished all three books.
