I love this book!(:. I am a huge reader, but I only read a book when I can get pulled into the book. Elsewhere pulled me in, just by reading the summary. It's so magical, and different from any other book. It also helped me figure out somewhat of who I am, and how amazing my life truly is. I totally recommend this book to ANYONE! A Masterpiece. This book is about Liz, a girl who faces her death at a mere age of 16. Overwhelmed by the loss, her family is torn. Yet Liz herself has to face new challenges as she lives a backwards life in "Elsewhere", where she finds hope, love, and loss once again. Zevin paints a beautiful picture of what life (more or less) is like on the other side, a true idea of what could be. An inspiring novel I recommend to any age or gender.

Amazing. I read this book a little while ago and it is amazing. I am the type of person who does not read often but this book is one that I could not put down. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a book that is super easy to get into. It really makes you think about what happens after you pass away.
BEST BOOK EVER. I couldn't put it down. My hands were glued to my Ipad and I read the book in the dark and it took me basically a day or a couple of hours to read. It is a MUST READ for people of all ages.

unforgetable. this is an amazing book. i read it in 7th grade and i am now in 10th and it was so good that i am going to read it again. once you read this you wont forget about it. SO GOOD and i highly recomend it.
Awesome Book, 10/10 would read again. I didn’t download or buy the book like most here did, but I did read this book. I’ve been going through some things, and seeing how much she missed her family and everyone she knew and loved, really had me thinking. It made me cry, laugh and gasp (out of shock) and see as she watches how her family and friend handle her death and as life for them and her go on. I know I would be really sad to watch my family go through the pains of my death and realize I’ll never see them again, have the same life I’ve known or had before, And never get to experience what growing up is like. I haven’t even made it to high-school yet! Truly amazing book, and would recommend to lots of people.

One of my Favorites!. This was one of those books that just sticks with you...you know, one that you re-read right after you finish it just because you don’t want to leave the characters because you’ll miss them.
Awesome. Gabrielle Zevin combined both Sci-Fi and Drama in one book. She made it perfect for teenagers like I am. I spent most of my free time just reading this book and doing nothing else. I just love it.
My Favorite Book. I read this book when I was in high school and I could read this book a million times over. Never gets old. Absolutely my favorite book of all time and I wish they would make it into a motion picture.

Memorable Book. I remember reading this book when I was a freshman in high school. This book at first made me questioned about life after death. Plus, just reading this made me sad. A girl who had her whole life ahead of her and she dies. Always live life while you’re still alive.

From beginning to ending there’s always shock and surprises about something new other books do not have. There’s also love, the type of love that isn’t too sappy, but it’s still there and can get you to, feel. This author is a genius. This book, is beautiful.

Gabrielle Zevin (born October 24, 1977) is an American author and screenwriter. Personal life Zevin was born in New York City. Zevin's father, who is American-born, has Ashkenazi Jewish, Russian, Lithuanian, and Polish ancestry. Her mother was born in Korea and emigrated to the United States when she was 9 years old. The two met in high school in Connecticut and later worked for IBM.She grew up in Boca Raton, Florida, and graduated from Spanish River Community High School in 1996.
