Love. I really love all of Rick Riordan's books but this is my favorite book and I love it!!!!! And if you haven't read any of ricks books I recommend these books they are really good :)

rick made this for the gays. thats right. when he wrote this he knew what he was doing, he Knew that about 70% of his audience was gay/would be gay, he Knew that this would make multiple people Question their opinions on Helenistic Paganism, he Knew it would propel many people into a life of greek mythology nerdom, he knew all of this. he was a prophet. he is the true ally. not just an ally. the life force, of all gay pagans/greek mythology nerds. and i for one, am forever in debt to him for that.

FIVE SEPTILLION STARS AND BEYOND!!!. I LOVE THESE BOOKS SOOO MUCH!! I have read all of his books except the Kane chronicles. I went through two of the hero’s of Olympus books in two days! I am obsessed with these books! Couple names: Percy+Annebeth= we all know this one! Percabeth!! Jason+Piper= Jiper Leo+Calypso= Caleo Frank+Hazel= Frazel (or Hank 🤪) Will+Nico= Nill or Wico which ever one you prefer. Silent+Charlie= (this one is there last names ‘cause it sounds better :D ) Beauredorf. That was just a few, hope ya like it! Ps, just in case you didn’t notice I am CRAZY for these books. 🤪

Percy has come back to us. To start off, you MUST read this book in order to the series. The Mark of Athena is the BEST BOOK IVE EVER READ. Therefore, you must read this book in order to finish the series if you want the full experience, YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK. If you are still on the fence, then keep reading. I've read almost 3,000 books, and my favorite one is the book after this one in the series. I read all of Rick Riordan's books, and I was not pleased with the Lost Hero. Expecting a bit more on the Son of Neptune, it barley met my expectations. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing series and it's well written. Although, I fell like the characters were not as good as those from Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The character development was absolutely amazing, as it always is in Rick's books, but the characters weren't my favorites. Here's a quick description of the characters: Hazel-- too mysterious, doesn't speak her feelings half of the time, and she was too many secrets. Frank-- his lifeline is not my favorite, he seems to vulnerable. Percy-- as perfect as ever but seeing him with amnesia crushes my heart so I can't bear to read about him when he has those moments. I hope I helped you! Lastly make sure to take note so the character development if you want to read it.

This is such a great book it has such good action with great mystery I love this book and am enjoying the new Rick Riordan book series I hope their is going to be a new series that follows the Percy Jackson and the heroes of Olympus series I give this book a five stars and also the other books written by this amazing author.

A Truly Amazing Book. This book is full of adventure and will make you feel like you might have powers too. Rick Riordan must have put so much time into making this and that’s evident because he has made all these references and words that make since with the book. Like characters in the book might say something like, “Holy Hera!” If they’re surprised. I think that is so cool, and I could never do that in any of the papers my mom makes my write for homeschool. I love the slang, but that’s not all, there is so much possibility in this book and so little flaws. (And I also love the way he does the chapters with the name of the chapter being the character’s name in the book, in their perspective). I just want to say thank you to Rick Riordan for giving us something to read/ listen to when we’re bored.

About that Action Jackson. That man Percy Jackson is back in action. It’s cool to see the other camp perspective of when things were happening. There are a lot of good callbacks and new information that do a good job of making the story come full circle. The side characters have interesting backgrounds and very cool powers and weaknesses.

Amazing. It was amazing. It kept me entertained for hours.

Son of Neptune. An awesome sequel to the lost Olympians. This book is a page turner. If your looking to get lost with dragons demigods and tag along while killing ogres then this is the book for you. can't wait for the third book in fall of 2012. I am a mother of two and still find time to read this book. :)

absolutly incredible. I just finished readin The Son of Neptune and I am more than pleased with Rick Riordan's work. The story was filled with so many twists and turns I really didn't want to stop reading. Everything was different, unique and felt like was rediscovering Riordan's world all over again. Such a great read don't miss out.

Son of Neptune on iBooks. The book was great, amazing read. But iBooks publishing of this ebook was absolutely horrible. Mistakes in the text left, right, and centre. I'm sorry young readers will have to go through iBooks atrocious writing mistakes.

One problem. As many have said, this is a must-read for mythology and novel fantasy novel fans everywhere. The only flaw that I'm seeing in modern books is the that authors are growing fond of "cliffhangers"; stories which leave the reader "hanging" and wanting more. Such is the case with Mr. Riordan and many others. I personally think two books is quite enough for a story, no matter how complex it is.

Another amazing book by Rick Riordan. With the suspense, action, and awesomeness, this book makes it one of the best books I have EVER read in my life.

Missing pages. I love love love LOVE this book but when I was reading it on my iPhone, I found that it skipped pages. I am very disappointed in this because I missed a whole part of the book. And it happens every 20 pages or so.

Hooked on Heroes!!!. This is the best book I have read in a very, very long time. After reading The Lost Hero, I was anxiously waiting for the sequel. When I got the book, I put it aside to read later. Looking for something long to read on vacation, I grabbed this book again. By the end of the trip, I had read the book about three times, and its prequel once or twice. I can't wait to get my hands on the Mark of Athena, the book has got me addicted. Any fan of Rick Riordan's books will flip for this. It's absolutely phenomenal.

But still keeping with the history of Greece and Rome. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE!!!! I never want it to end. I have so many ideas for story's I don't even know how to begin!!! Tson. From the beginning these books have griped me in their well written hands, as a children's read? Simply unbeatable. I love the new characters, especially Frank. I can barely wait for mark of athena. RICK IS SUCH A TROLL THOUGH 'cause in the end he stops writing right when Annabeth and Percy are about to reunite. I would bash on the keyboard but this is a review so yea. i really recommend these books, and not just for kids. I'm in 8th grade and i highly enjoyed them. c:

Son of Neptune. I'm not sure why, but I like Percy's narrations way more in this one. I mean, he's practically crush-worthy in this one. I guess it's because we're not in Percy's head anymore. Great book. Can't wait for Mark of Athena!

Great Book :). I Really Love The Book Its Super Addicting And I Just Dont Want To Stop Reading But, There Are Like 4 Chapters With Just One Pg And Then Goes Right To Another Chapter :( Other Than That The Book Is Amazing

Heros of Olympus. This was an excellent book there was so much detail and suspense I would reccomend this book to any one from the ages of 9 to 14 it's such a good book and you wont be able to put it down Zoe d Age 10

Percy Jackson. I have read every single Rick riordan book there is! Including this one! I finished this book in a day because I couldn't put it down I started at 3pm and finished at 1130 p! Great

Omg. This book is AMAZING. So many secrets are unfolded. To uncover the secrets though you HAVE to read the lost hero first. Rick Riordan again has made one of the best books ever. Waiting eagerly to read The Mark Of Athena

Loved it since Percy Jackson. I read the Percy Jackson series thanks to my little brother one of the best series ever!!! Hands down but when I found out Rick fiord an was releasing a spinoff series I freaked out!!!! And I read it and its amazing mr. Rioted an doesn't disappoint I recommend it to everyone who's into fantasy and adventure it's a page turner!

Outstanding!. Rick has done it again! His gripping endings are beyond compare, and the fresh take of Percy and co are stupendous. Another great book by my favorite author.

Weasels. Amazing but at one point hazel is talking about roman punishments and I was quite disappointed that she left out the part about there being a viper in the sack with the weasels and the punishment where they put you in a hollow bronze bull, placed it over a fire and laughed at your screams as you were burned alive. 9TH GRADE HISTORY PEOPLE!!!

Best book ever!! Epic. The most epic book like me an epic ninja!! And also I can't wait for mark of Athena. I'm such a dork when it comes to these books!! That's all I can talk about!!

Really good!. I love this seires and I love these books. This one was my least favorite out of the Lost Hero and the Mark of Athena. But I have to say I love the characters, and I love how Rick renforced Sammy into this book and how in the next book, when Hazel meets Leo, tension comes. LOVE IT!!!!! 💙

Mark of Athena...JUST COME OUT!. Percy Jackson- AMAZING SERIES Kane Chronicles- hated how Walt and Anubis combined-found it Mary- sueish. Okay. I could care less. Heroes of Olympus-OMGOSH!!! I LOVE THESE BOOKS SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!

Pretty cool book. I liked this book a lot, but please, Rick, concentrate more on Percy...those are the most interesting parts in the book.
