Eve Dallas. Time of Death is classic Eve Dallas! She remains logical even when it would be easier to take a flight of fancy. Never a disappointment!
Three winners. I don't know how she does it...whether a long novel or these three very different short stories...two touch the supernatural but in a way that only logical eve dallas can confront...and one...well, one is just classic JD. THANKS JD. You keep writing! I will keep reading (and buying)!
My old friend.. I have never been so captivated by an author before in my life. I read her books over and over again every year. With each one she gets better. I enjoy her writing as Nora Roberts as well. My sister gave me my first JD Robb Naked in Death and I was hooked, finished it in one night. When I read I'm Eve Dallas each and every time. Thank you so much and keep them coming.
Excellent!. Three great short stories, but beware--I think two have previously been published elsewhere. The third especially is a must-read for JD Robb fans. In my opinion, her books are better than her short stories, as there is more time/space to advance and develop her characters. But these three were a fast, compelling read.
Old and New. I was surprised when I found two previously published short stories that I had already purchased. How does this happen? The three stories are typical J. D. Robb, in that they are well written, but not worth the price if you have two of three stories already.
Time of Death. The three stories were excellent. I would give it five stars without a doubt. If it is J.D. Robb or Nora Roberts, you are the best! keep on writing. Gerri Yaeger
