Minding Frankie. This book really has it all. Even as the reader, I felt a part of this wonderful, fictional town. This book really demonstrates how a community should operate. They all care deeply for one another and and learn from one another. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship that is based on support and acceptance. Frankie thrives as a result of love and community. A child can never have to many adults who love her.
Minding Frankie. I had two assumptions about this book. First, I thought none of Ms. Binchy's books could be as good as Evening Class. I was wrong. This book is at least as good. Also, I thought this book would be depressing. It is a wonderful book. I enjoyed almost every word.
Minding Frankie. Another enjoyable story by Maeve Binchy. When you are ready to relax and forget about the day to day craziness, this is a great escape across the Atlantic to a seemingly more simple and thoughtful world!
Entertaining. Formulaic and stereotypical but the cast is fun and the story is upbeat. A gentle typical Maeve Binchy read. In it's genre, it's pretty good light reading.

Minding Frankie. Another lovely book by one of my favorite authors. Ms. Binchy never fails to spin a tale with interesting characters and profound moral lessons. I can always count on her books warming my heart and making me appreciate the culture and traditions of Ireland. I can imagine that she indeed lives among these charming people and in the picturesque towns she tells us about! I recently donated most of the hardcover books I owned, one of the exceptions being Mauve Binchy's. Her novels are classic to me and I look forward to passing them down to my young granddaughters. Thank you so much for hours of enjoyment!
Minding Frankie. As usual, another great book! Never disappointed when I read one of Mauve Binchy books. This time was no exception. Love her way of writing that bring the characters to life. Always waiting on her next book!
