Very enjoyable read. My favorite in this series so far. Can’t wait for the next one!
Terrible. Worst book of the series. Completely unbelievable plot line which veers into ridiculousness at the end. It was painful to get through the last 100 pages.
It’s a good book. Don’t expect too much from it. It has its highs and lows.
Diablo Mesa. Good story and plot all about Rosewell, very interesting
Truth and consequences!. A very exciting story that I have read by other authors many times over the last twenty or more years. The story may sound impossible, but there are those who believe that it contains a modicum of truth. The authors have woven a tale that will keep you spellbound as it did with me. I have read many books by these gentlemen, but this one kept me totally involved for the entire length of its action. A great read, better read without attempts to attach it word for word with history. Just imagine the possibilities,if not the probabilities, of a great action thriller.
Fun read. This was just a good time, fun read. Enough intrigue and action to keep going for more. Very enjoyable!
Diablo Mesa. This was entertaining but mostly nonsensical. It kept my attention just to see the conclusion. In the end it was rather vapid and ludicrous.

Excellent cliff-hanger!. I love good fiction and science fiction, and this was a well crafted blend of the two. I have a friend who actually grew up on the ranch next to where the Roswell site was and who’s father knew the man who discovered the actual, original wreckage! This was an Excellent read read in my opinion. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to bring in Pendergast at the end! Thanks.
Excellent Writers, But Not Their Best Work. Their writing is so fluent that it’s easy to forgive a fairly weak storyline. Still, love these writers.

Douglas Jerome Preston (born May 31, 1956) is an American journalist and author. Although he is best known for his thrillers in collaboration with Lincoln Child (including the Agent Pendergast series and Gideon Crew series), he has also written six solo novels, including the Wyman Ford series and a novel entitled Jennie, which was made into a movie by Disney. He has authored a half-dozen nonfiction books on science and exploration and writes occasionally for The New Yorker, Smithsonian, and other magazines.
