One of the most engaging who-done-its I’ve read in recent memory.. I’ve been correctly predicting book endings for years, but this curveball I didn’t entirely see coming. Great book!

Wow, this is good. Creepy setting, unreliable narrators, and plot twists I never ever saw coming. What more can you ask? Can’t wait to read another by this author.

A Plot Twist that actually feels like one!. What a thriller. The author definitely created a loop of suspense, with not only non reliable narrators but also multiple points of view which allow everyone to be simultaneously the villain and the hero. No one is trustworthy…. except poor Bob. There are moments of where you must suspend your disbelief, however all in all, the novel is a very pleasant read, and amazing for the thriller lover in all of us.

PAGE TURNER. It’s been a minute since I’ve picked up a book, and I’m so glad it was this one. Such a twist that was seamlessly done. An easy read. One that you could sit with the whole day.

Wet firecracker.. I enjoyed the first half of the book. The characters were interesting and the story was intriguing, however the building anticipation led to an abrupt and unsatisfying ending. Being less than 200 pages, it felt more like a short story. May be OK for a quick beach or pool read… Not much else.

She’s done it again!. The style of her writing is just perfect, some many details but getting straight to the point. Extremely easy to follow along. Thought I had a clue on what was going to happen, but at each turn I was wrong.

Oof. I didn’t think I’d like this novel after reading the first three chapters or so. I felt like the author was trying too hard to leave each chapter as a cliffhanger. It felt very amateurish. Now that I’ve finished this TWISTY novel, I’m appreciative of the style and foreshadowing. This was really good and I say that as someone who reads a lot of “thrillers” and “suspenseful” books. I did not and could not guess at this one. It surprised me in many ways and there were so many truisms about marriage and relationships in here. Despite not being the intended target, this novel made me reflect upon my own relationship. To be blunt. I liked it a lot and you will too if you like suspense. Definitely plan to read more by this author.

Loveee. Literally had my jaw drop a good amount of times! I couldn’t stop reading and i loved reading it from each characters point of view!

I didn’t like it. and that’s an understatement. It was not smart, not engaging, characters lacked depth and dimension and I found it impossible to become invested.

Four stars from a picky thriller reader!. Fantastic twist and turns at the end! I have read many thriller books and this one ranks up there pretty high for me. I typically forget the names of most thriller books because they all some what blend together but this one stands out. At times it is cheesy, but aren’t most thrillers? I could have done with far less of the metaphors but over all a great book I will recommend!

Great read!. I found this book to be the perfect kick start after a (very) long reading hiatus. It pulls you in and is a quick win at just under 300 pages. Loved the writing and the structure of the chapters and the twist at the end is great! Would highly recommend.

Entertaining. The characters show depth, and it’s a very entertaining journey! I thought it created a very eerie atmosphere- and I have been mulling it over for a long time. I loved it enough to go back and read it again a few months after our initial romp together out on the snowy, rural mountains of Scotland.

Hard to finish. Did not like it…. At all!! Not sure how others loved this book. I’m not even sure why I finished it. I kept thinking it has to get better at some point and then I get to the end and was sorely disappointed. 2 stars is being generous I wish people were more like books. If you realize halfway through a novel that you aren’t enjoying it anymore, you can just stop and find something new to read. This above paragraph was in the book and I wish I had stopped and found something new
