Couldn’t put it down!. I really enjoyed the added addition of FBI Agent Balzano and Ella did too!! This book kept getting more and more interesting as I kept reading. This book made me stay up passed my bedtime and it did not disappoint.

Lots of guesswork with a bit of a cliffhanger. Great addition to this series. The characters were well developed and the storyline interesting. While the mystery was well plotted I felt like the main protagonists were just guessing on their suspects or possible suspects. I realize there is some of that in any investigation it seemed more prevalent in this one. Ella, Mia, and Mark - all FBI agents - are on the hunt for a serial killer who targets married family men. The relationship between the female protagonists is bad and their job is constantly on the line but, Ella always gets her man. Good read. I really enjoyed the twists in this one! The ending was what I hoped for and I’m curious to see how that plays out in the future books.

Homophobic nonsense. I read these books for a distraction and each one gets worse and worse but yet I still go on reading them. No idea why. Anyway this was the worst yet. Unwittingly homophobic and generally offensive, this instalment had slightly fewer typos than usual. Although the line “Mia looked at Mia” really took me out of the “action”.
