Love the this book
i think this book is alright, but it’s a bit rushed. the book is only 200 pages, so it means they fall in love waaaaayyy too quickly for it to be realistic. however, besides that, the book is good. i think the romance is cute, but there are some things i think should’ve been expanded on. anyway, i recommend it, and it’s free, so what’s not to like.
Intriguing, you couldn’t help but keep turning page after page.
Thought it would be the typical mob boss story…nope. Great read, twists, story and OMG the characters! Definitely recommend, could not stop reading and it has a HEA. Everything wrapped up in a nice little bow..only a little twist for the next story in the series of these mob guys. Next !!!!

I was so disappointed to see that only one book in this series is currently out because I need more! The relationship between Jacob and Breena is everything I didn’t know I needed.
This new series is my newest favorite addiction. Mafia arranged marriage, check. Possible mole in the organization, check. Secret attraction to my new spouse, check. Action packed, check. This book checks all the boxes. I love how protective Jacob was, even at the beginning. But Alpha male to the nth degree. Brenna isn't completely oblivious to the mafia life, however she is definitely more sheltered. These two fall in love and together become the king and queen of all they survey. Their love story is divine and this series is one I'm looking forward to seeing more of. I received a free copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a great read. Well paced, well formulated characters, great suspense, sexy love scenes. Can’t wait to complete the series…
I loved the story, but there wasn’t any real conflict until the end which did seem a little rushed. Otherwise I really loved the characters and their personalities, although they were slightly cliche. Good read but included some slightly disturbing themes so don’t read if you’re lighthearted.
Will definitely be reading more books in the Brooklyn King series.
