Love heals all wounds. Getting to know the Greene’s after reading the Bailey Family series. Loving this small town romance. Cade Greene has endured losing his mother as a child and taking on the responsibility of protecting his siblings. In the course of navigating his loss and pain he hid away his heart so he couldn’t be hurt again by losing someone he loves. Presley comes to town to pay her respects to a woman she never knew. The second she walks into Cade’s bar there’s electricity between them that’s undeniable, even though they might both deny it. Piper Rayne have a way of drawing you into these great families that they have created. Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

Great start to a fun series. This is a delightful spin-off of the Bailey series, centered on the Greene family in Sunrise Bay, Alaska. The Greene’s are a blended family of ten kids, think a modern day Brady Bunch on steroids. This book introduces you to the family, gives you a glimpse of the matchmaking grannies (Ethel, Dori and Midge), and starts the romances off with the oldest of the family, Cade and the mystery woman in town, Presley Knight. Loved the whole Greene family, the romance was enjoyable (though I felt it was shorted a bit due to the setup of the future stories), and I definitely recommend this book. I received an advanced reader copy of this book from the author for my honest opinion.

A good read. I liked the flow and was a fun easy read

Cade and Presley. This is a must read if you love big, close-knit families. Loooved this book so much it was hard to put it down. It has all the features of a great romance, plenty laughs, and some tears. I cried when Cade’s reason for his pain and hurt was finally revealed. I felt all the pain he held inside when he was telling Presley how his mom died. That kind of hurt stays with you and I’m glad he found his forever person. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyed the read…. I enjoyed the story and was liking the flow, and then it was over… I guess I just wanted more. Hope there is more to the characters in other stories. Michelle

I love this story sooo much. I literally started 10 pm last night and finished at 4:30 am. I couldn’t put it down!!!

OMG!! Love it!!. I have read My Beautiful Neighbor 3 times. Chapter 13 at the retirement home had me laughing so hard someone thought I was crying. I have played that chapter for numerous people. It’s hilarious. I can’t wait for the second book of the Green Series. I have read every book written under Piper Rayne and now I have started over because I am too excited for the next book!! Beautiful romance and Presley has the patience of a Saint and she is so understanding. Cade is pretty worth it though.

Excellent…impatiently waiting for more 😉. I don’t review books. Maybe 4 total in 37 years. I have recently found Piper Rayne and am in love with all of their books. I have binge read almost everyone written and am sooo impatient for Xavier and Clara’s story to come out. If you haven’t read their books they are a must. Not too sexual (although I like those sometimes too) and makes you feel as if you’re one of the family living the stories right along with them. The Bailey Series and then the Green’s are MUST READS!!

Entertaining - laughter and heat. I enjoyed he comical characters and witty dialogue. This is the second or third of this series I have read and I love the town and its characters!

My Beautiful Neighbor ( The Greene Family Book 1 ) by Piper Rayne. This was a good book the start of the Greene Family series , Cade and Presley’s story to start with . See what happens in this first book . It tells the story of Presley and her coming to Sunrise Bay Alaska to find herself and finds love in the form of Cade. It looks like this is the start of a new series and I believe a very good one.

If you’re into hallmark movies…. this is the book for you. If hallmark movies are not your “thing” I don’t recommend committing your time read this.

Wonderful. Another wonderful series by Piper Rayne. Presley and Cade are wonderful together. As they are both dealing with issues from their past they decide to be friends with benefits but things never go to plan.

Loved it. Where do I start? Having read and loved The Bailey series by Piper Rayne I was a tad anxious starting a new family series, I have no idea why I was worried. I loved this book, from the first chapter to the last. The characters are engaging and I love the Greene family who reside in Sunrise Bay, Alaska. They are all up in one another’s business and it was an entertaining read that left me with a smile on my face. The fact that we get to see Dori Bailey and Ethel Greene meddling (aka Thelma and Louise) from the neighboring town of Lake Starlight just added to my enjoyment of this wonderful book. The Greene’s are a blended family and I loved how much interaction there was between them all, regardless of whether they are full, half or step siblings this family has each others back. This is Cade Greene and Presley Knight’s story and what a fabulous introduction it was to this exciting new series. There were times that I wanted to smack Cade up the back of his head with his behaviour as he buried his head in the sand when it came to his feelings for Presley. Presley I loved, despite all she has been through she was strong and determined to stand n her own. I also enjoyed watching her relationship develop with her new found sister. Cade and Presley are instantly attracted to one another and the chemistry sizzles between them. When they embark on a friends with benefits relationship, you just know that things are going to get complicated. The obvious one is that they want to keep it a secret. Since I absolutely adore The Bailey’s I knew that Piper Rayne would have to bring a lot for me to fall for this family as well. This book did not disappoint in any way and now I have a new family to love. The story was fast paced, witty and engaging and I cannot wait to read the next book after how this one ended.

A fantastic start to a new series!. A new series by the authors is off to a fantastic start with My Beautiful Neighbor. It takes place in Sunset Bay and centres around the Greene Family. If you are familiar with the authors Bailey series then you are in for a treat. I love a good small town romance story and this one was a feel good entertaining story! This is Cade Greene’s book and what a drama filled one it is. With being a newcomer to town, Presley has to deal with small town gossip among other things. Lets just say the sparks fly between her and Cade and the tension is off the charts. I am not saying anything else as you just have to read it for yourself! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and cant wait for more of the series to come.

Great start to the new series.. WOW! What a start to a new series. This was written so well, completely realistic and down to earth, nitty gritty. I adored Presley, but Cade, I wanted to boot his backside more than once. This book introduced a wealth of new characters and reacquainted us with old characters. Cade’s denial frustrated the life out of me, but Presley was a classy lady the whole way through. Loved the dynamics between the siblings and step siblings. But the cliffhanger that introduced the next book, frustratingly intriguing! People! Read this book, you won’t regret it, however I did have a wee cry at times so be prepared.

Aaaah, a brand new Piper Rayne series to sink our teeth into!!. My Beautiful Neighbor by Piper Rayne is a new series set once again in the beautiful backdrop of Alaska. This is the Greene family’s story and hopefully it’ll be just as fantastic as the Baileys’. It’s a hard rock to topple but this duo aren’t scared of a challenge. And they certainly didn’t fail either. I’m always ready to read a new book and I absolutely loved this one.
