Relentless by Mark Greaney Book Summary

The Gray Man's search for missing intelligence agents plunges him deep into a maelstrom of trouble in the latest entry in the #1 New York Times bestselling series.

The first agent disappearance was a puzzle.

The second was a mystery.

The third was a conspiracy.

Intelligence operatives around the world are disappearing. When a missing American agent re-appears in Venezuela, Court Gentry, the Gray Man, is dispatched to bring him in, but a team of assassins has other ideas. Court escapes with his life and a vital piece of intelligence.

Meanwhile, CIA agent Zoya Zakharova is in Berlin. Her mission: to infiltrate a private intelligence firm with some alarming connections. The closer she gets to answers, the less likely she is to get out alive.

Court and Zoya are just two pieces on this international chessboard, and they're about to discover one undeniable truth—sometimes capturing a king requires sacrificing some pawns.

Very disappointing! Way too many characters! Way too long! Hard to wade through! Greany is on of my favorite action and thriller authors but he missed the boat on this one. He needs to go back and read some Vince Flynn novels!

Excellent! Greaney at his very best!

- Gray Man At His Best, Is This End Of Road?5 star

The Gray Man comes to the rescue of lesser talents and again demonstrates his outstanding skills. The adventures and exciting escapes always keep you speed reading through the book. Are there anymore villains yet to be conquered?

- Foreign Nation Involvement3 star

Interesting but drug out longer than needed. Unhappy with ending. Too many loose ends.

- Another good one..5 star

This is a very good summer read. The cheese factor is low enough and the action good. A bit more character development for Court & the Poison Apple team adds to the intriguing end. An unresolved betrayal promises to be central in the next book. It is one that Court will not be able to forgive nor leave unrecompensed.

- Great read. By far, Marks best book.5 star

Mark out did himself on this book. Thanks for the great read.

- Relentless3 star

I was disappointed in the last effort. The conclusion was unworthy as a reset of the journey already told. I won’t spoil but thought the advanced detail and strategy to accomplish the helicopter segment was lacking as so many previous situations were so compelling. Laughable in retrospect to align the items so perfectly.

The intrigue!

- Fun4 star

Pay attention. Many moving parts form quite a web. Credible? Perhaps, but a lot of fun.

- Relentless5 star

This was a great read, with a twist in the tale that catches you off guard!

- Excellent read5 star

The gray man is always an excellent book to read. The book keeps you on edge and its never a dull moment with the gray man. The only problem I have is that it’s a shame that the agency that created him treats him like crap. You would think they would appreciate him more for what he has done or doing for his country. I wish the writer would convey that more.

- Fantastic thriller!5 star

Couldn’t put the book down! Stayed up late and put off studying. Great read. Flows from one scene to the next with little to no hiccups. Action is superb but the psychological games are what makes the whole world come together.

- Revenge5 star

The book is so complex you and 2 friends need to read it. Then meet and tell each other what you think happened.

- Relentless5 star

Great book! Can’t wait for the next gray man book! Exciting and a page turner, hard to put down!

- Relentless4 star

It’s good to see the Gray Man back in action. The book had several twists and turns, and the plot was a bit complicated. However, more than readable! And the will be another year until the next one comes out, and that is way too long to wait!
