Rough. Loved everything about this story and it’s characters but I must say that sometimes “less is more” when being descriptive. It could get distracting from the realness of it. Imagination is already in full swing when reading PNRs

“Rough” is right. From the first chapter you get a feel for this book. In my opinion however, the profanity was overdone. It was a good story, with the promise of more adventure coming for the Wolf family.

Lame. This had so much potential but it just was super lame. No big plot, no action, the female lead is pretty annoying, just again lame. You could have predicted everything. I definitely had higher hopes. If you want a story that doesn’t really have a good story line but has a ton steamy scenes then this one’s for you.

OMG. I’ve been in isolation with my kids for 3 weeks now and the only thing keeping me going was knowing that there was a new Vanessa Vale booking coming out. And boy did she deliver. I cannot wait for more installations of this new family! Rough was the perfect mix of dirty sexy romance, with just enough drama mixed in. The characters were all well developed and genuine and I fell in love with Boyd Wolf and his entire pack. The shifter/supernatural stuff was fun and sexy without seeming cheesy or fake. I would have given this book 7 millions stars but iBooks only allow 5.

Wow!. I had no ideas as to what to expect going into this book. But I am blown away and so happy that I starting Rough. This story was fast pace and interesting. I never wanted to put it down and I can not wait to read more of these stories!

Nothing new or different here. Extremely plot light. Nothing happened outside of the “relationship”. Also I was left wanting more time to pass see them develop more as a couple. It was too instalove fast for it to be even remotely believable or interesting. NOTHING set this story a part from the million and one other shifted romances out there. Overall it was a sweet little read but it lacked any kind of staying substance. Also could have benefitted from an epilogue.

Loved it. I downloaded this on a whim and so glad I did. Was a great addictive read- I couldn’t put it down. Do recommend!
