Sweet talking Cowboy. Nothing like a good mystery in this love story. You would never think the on going love story going on during this crazy unbelievable could finally end right here back here on the farm.

Pretty Enjoyable. This book feels like Cotton Candy to me; very sweet and enjoyable, despite the seeming lack of substance. The characters this book centers around are cute, the setting of the story is cozy, and the dialogue is (for the most part) believably written. As long as you aren't going in expecting this book to make a statement (which, honestly, I doubt you would be), you'll have a good time.

Cute story. The ending was obvious in the middle of the book but the characters had to catch up! Sex scenes were too explicit for my taste

I really hated for it to end although I would have enjoyed the lovers to tell the owner and the many cowboys that supported them all thru the story.. Lucy and Matt meet again after 6 years ..their story is worth reading. As a young teenager, Lucy finally realized that spending a couple weeks glorious weeks at her favorite ranch each summer wasn’t just because of the horse rides and being able to help out in the barn. A certain cowboy a few years older than Lucy held her heart, and at 19, she finally was able to tell Matt what she felt for him. But he did not tell her his true feelings for her because he didn’t want to complicate her life as he wasn’t a “good enough” match for her. Six years later, Lucy is coming back to the Buckskin Ranch to enjoy her honeymoon with her new husband. But when Matt arrives at the airport to pick up the newlyweds, he finds Lucy, but there is no husband. Lucy gets off the plane dressed in her wedding gown and just a sweatshirt. Can these two find the love they both deserve, or are they destined to say a difficult “goodbye” that will finally end their story? Another great story in this series.

Book. Moved along very nicely was a great subject and show that maybe in real life people may get lucky to have friends and family like this

Not sure what to say?. The story developed very slowly and almost painful, very cheesy and the knowledge of country life and rugged men definitely seems to be researched from Google rather than personal experience. The storyline dies down about halfway through making it hard to finish. Only barely finished, but it was slightly painful.

Yeah, A Brand New Series!. Lucy returns to Buckskin Ranch for what should have been her honeymoon sans bridegroom. Meeting Matt again it quickly becomes apparent to Lucy that maybe her and Kurt’s connection wasn’t what it should have been but a long term relationship with Matt is no more possible now than it was 6 years previous, or is it? If you loved the McGavins of Eagles Nest then you must give this new series a try. It has all the VLT hallmarks - small town coziness, ranch life, endearing characters, cowboy manners/loyalty and the potential to fall in love with a family (by choice, rather than blood). Can’t wait to read the next in the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
