Solid book. I enjoyed reading this book for many reasons, two of which considering it was free and intriguing. Nonetheless, I was let down by the number of misspelled words throughout the book. Not sure how it was published/released without this being addressed.

Worth the read. I enjoyed the characters and the story line. It was simple but not dragging so read in one shot. There were several typos which I find distracting but I otherwise enjoyed it.

If She Knew. I could not get further along in this book than page 58. It didn’t capture my attention and simply isn’t very well written. Just not the book for me.

Not so obvious. The author brings you right into the story wondering what will happen the conclusion was too obvious for me knew there was something else going on but definitely worth the time to read As the true killer was a surprise Motive and All. Will definitely continue reading this series.

Could not get through this book. I found this book to be repetitive, boring, and to have a completely self absorbed main character. It is hard to believe the author has published so many novels with such weak and uninteresting plots. The book was so bad I gave up only a quarter of the way through and am sorry I devoted any time to it at all. What a snooze.

Waste of time. Author lies in the book to throw off readers to figure out who is the killer. There is other ways to do that.

If she knew. I really enjoyed this book in Blake Pierce’s Kate Wise series. I Iiked Kate’s pondering as she looks on her life, current and past. I think his partnering of Kate and DeMarco, was well written. It showed the invaluable benefit gained by each character; the experienced Kate and the just beginning DeMarco. I plan to read the rest of this series as well as others written by Blake Pierce.

Fan-friggen-tastic book. I read thin in the small window of five hours. Altho it would have been cooler if Kate wize was the student instead of the teacher, you know, Learning about how to slice crimes and all, but it was still fantastic. It was a tiny bit repetitive, but it was pretty darn good.

I like it the name fits.. After taking a break from reading for a while it was nice to read this. I have always liked mystery type books and this one was ok. I’m glad it wasn’t graphic to get the point on what happened in any particular part. I really like this Agent Kate Wise lady. Def looking forward to reading more with her involved. If she knew…. I couldn’t help but compare Blake Pierce to James Patterson…what an outstanding murder mystery! Written in such a way that I felt like I was Kate Wise & couldn’t bear to put this mystery down until I knew who the killer was. Thoughtful exchanges between the characters were also reminiscent of Blake’s intelligence at building their connections & drawing you deeper into the murderous suspense. I can’t wait to immerse myself in the following books in this series & Blakes other mystery series also…sleepless nights - here I come!!!

First book I’ve noticed the author had written about an FBI agent at retirement age. Intriguing and interesting but felt left at a visible small cliff hanger with wondering on what Kate will do next.

Not to my taste. I downloaded this book for free a while ago and only came round reading it recently. I’m very glad I didn’t spend a single penny for it. Nothing works for me in this book. The story doesn’t make much sense and is very unbelievable. The side stories with the main character are pointless and doesn’t even contribute to bring her some personality. Reading this book I’ve learned I should stay away from very profilic authors such as this one publishing a book every couple of months.

New series will be thrilling. Blake Pierce has created another believable character, Kate Wise. This first book should lead the way for a thrilling series. While Kate is smart and strong she second guesses herself at times when she should be sure. I liked the pairing of the two females and look forward to see what they solve next. They compliment each other.

I couldn’t put it down.. Good read, went through it in 3 days. Keeps you on your toes and is interesting. I would give a 4/5 star if the book hadn’t had so many typos and there hadn’t been a hole towards the end that didn’t line up about the solving of the murder. Also, it bugged me that they only ever interviewed neighbors once rather than surrounding neighbors of all the cases. Just didn’t make sense. Maybe I’m too technical, but just felt somethings were left out that made me disconnect from the story and to make me not fully dive in.

If She Knew by Blake Pierce. I would have rated his fast-paced suspense novel a 4 or 5 star book, if I wasn’t so bothered by the uses of God’s name in vain. The main character is described as a believer in God, but not so sure about Jesus. Another character talks about Christianity like it’s pure fantasy. I know this isn’t a Christian novel, but I ‘d rather know that the characters are total atheists, than read about characters who are so smug in their own intelligence that they have to be so downright negative about Jesus.

If She Knew. I rarely give 5 stars to a book, but this one truly deserves all 5. The characters are well developed, the plot rapidly moves along, yet still allows the reader time to understand the mind of the main character, Kate Wise. Her instincts are impeccable. I look forward to reading more books in this series. Agent Kate Wise and Agent DeMarco are a great team!
