I loved that this book was different in that the guy in the story was the virgin, not to mention the age difference with the woman being older than the guy. Landon has worked hard to become the rookie on the team and has a great head on his shoulders, making sure he doesn’t do anything to risk his position and his job. Attracted to Aubree, he finally gets his chance to get to know her better during the party in Vegas, and they end up making a life-changing decision while there. Aubree has a lot of trouble dealing with their age difference, which I understand but love how he takes care of her and makes her feel special. But with Aubree denying their relationship and feelings risks it after Landon finds out, but the twist in the story brings things full circle. Fully enjoying this series and this story, and can’t wait to see who falls next on the team! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Fabulous story. Another fabulous book in the Hot Jocks series. I seriously have a new book boyfriend every time I read a book in this series! And Landon definitely did not disappoint. And Landon with Aubree was just fantastic. These two were fantastic together and after drunkenly getting married one night in Vegas, these two decide to try dating and giving them marriage a try. It was actually great to see them not jump into being husband and wife or just getting a quickie divorce. I loved seeing them date and realize that their feelings were mutual. And holy cow was this book steamy! Even though Landon was a virgin when he married Aubree there was no lack of steamy action and chemistry between these two. I loved all the scenes with Landon and all his fellow teammates- Justin, Owen, Asher, and Teddy. And the glimpses into Grant that we got. This has just been a fantastic series and every book is as fantastic as the last.

Great!!!. When Landon and Aubree wake up married, he thinks he wants to at least try. They have great chemistry and she is everything he is looking for. Aubree has to get past the age difference. This was a great first time age gap romance. The chemistry was great. I liked how the relationship grew organically. Landon was super sweet. Aubree was assertive. A great steamy read.

Down and Dirty. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it. While this is the 5th book of the series, it can be read as a stand-alone. I haven't read the prior books myself and they really weren't needed to fully understand and enjoy this one. I will say that I do intend to go back and read them though. I adored this book. It was one that kept me turning the e-pages! Then my heart broke when it ended. Why can't the stories go on forever?! Landon is such a wonderful hockey-playing 23 year old rookie on the team. Aubree is a 30 charity organizational worker. They go to Las Vegas with a bunch of team-mates of Landon's to celebrate the upcoming nuptials of one of the team-mates. The day after they all go clubbing, Aubree wakes up to discover a "big rock" on her ring finger of the left hand. Plus there is some rustling of the sheets next to her! Apparently Aubree and Landon tied the knot Vegas style! There were some really great scenes here that just had me laughing so hard, I had to temporarily put the e-reader down and wipe my eyes! There were some really tender and heart-wrenching ones as well. I adored the dual POV format. This was especially helpful to reading Aubree's character. She could get a little too snarky for me but then hey, she is a fictional character (even though it made me realize that Landon was fictional as well. Crying here!) This is a sexy read that I would definitely recommend to anyone over the age of 18.

Hot! Hot! Jock!. Holy Hotness Alert! I was hooked from the beginning. It’s positively brimming with clench-your-thighs-together chemistry, toe-curling, turn you into a melting puddle of goo, and heartwarming romance. Made me want to jump through the pages!! Really great older woman, and younger, virgin, hockey rookie romance. “Down And Dirty” is a perfect combination of old and new. We get to hang out with old favorites and at the same time we are introduced to some more new characters that will get their own story. The witty banter, the heat, their chemistry, and sincere affection between Landon and Aubree, was everything. I must confess I had been looking forward to reading this story about Landon Covington. But he totally caught me off guard. He is without a doubt one of the swoon-iest, most adorable, and lovable book boyfriend I have ever come across. OMG!! The guy is so smooth and sweet. And he sure knows how to be charming. He’s definitely a keeper. Aubree doesn’t see Landon coming and is thrown totally for a loop when she wakes up married in Vegas. Unable to handle the situation at first she sets out to push Landon away. But Landon will surprise her at every turn. Another great addition to this sexy as sin, sport romance series. Landon’s body will leave you drooling, and his mouth will leave you swooning. I can’t wait for “Wild For You” Grant and Ana’s story which is up next in this series. Received an early copy in exchange for an honest review.

Heck yes!. An alpha but sweet good guy of a hero? A determined heroine who isn’t a doormat? What’s not to love. Two strong characters make this a great addition to this series.

The Rookie. The Rookie. How much do I love a virgin hero? So much, I can’t even. Seriously. Landon Covington is the rookie on the team, 23, sweet, rule abiding, has some insecurities, a Virgin, and just woke up married. Aubree Derrick is 30, single (we, she was) sassy and just woke up married in Vegas. To the rookie, Landon. And he is a rookie with a durty mind. But he’s sweet and all kinds of hot. Highly recommend. Cuz it’s got a virgin hero. God bless hockey players.

Love this series!. Ooooh! Landon's story is finally here!! I have been waiting, not so patiently, for his story and what a story it is! Aubree and Landon get along like a house on fire!  Their chemistry is white-hot and when they find themselves in Vegas, well what happens in Vegas doesn't necessarily stays in Vegas! First off, I love the older woman, younger man dynamic! Love knows no boundaries! I admired how Landon made Aubree feel confident in the fact that she was older than him and why it didn't matter. I also loved Landon's innocence, I liked that he was saving himself for just the right woman. This was a story I could not put down till the end. There is a bit of angst that kept me turning pages until the happy end! I can't wait to read what comes next from this world and team that Ms. Ryan has created!

Loved It. 5 Stars for Down and Dirty book 5 in the Hot Jocks Series I loved everything about Landon Covington and Aubree Derrick’s story, it was fun, witty, romantic and very entertaining and if friends to lovers is a genre you love you won’t want to miss this gem. What starts off as a drunken mistake in Las Vegas soon turns into so much more as these friends finally realise the feelings they have for each other is more than just friendship. Aubree may be older but that doesn’t stop the fear she feels when it comes to Landon and relationships in general so will Landon convince her that night wasn’t a mistake made in the heat of moment or will she walk away from her best chance at a life filled with love and happiness..... Guess you need to read the book to find that out. This is a beautiful story of friendship, love and loyalty and I highly recommend it to all romance lovers. The characters are adorable but it’s their road to happiness that will really draw you in, another great read from the very talented Kendall Ryan.

Love it. Down and Dirty is book five in Kendall Ryan’s latest Hot Jocks series and is Landon Covington and Aubree Derrick’s story and what a story it was. This book is not your typical romance story and that was what intrigued me. I admit I am not a fan of age gap romance (although seven years is not too bad), in fact I can count on one hand the number I have read and enjoyed over the years, but this one was a great read. It was also a pleasant change that Landon is 7 years younger than Aubree, not something you see that often. This is a friends to lovers story, with a side of hockey, an accidental marriage and a virgin, that was a fun and entertaining book to read. Despite their difference in ages, it is the Landon who wants to stay married and does not want a divorce. The chemistry between them is intense and I loved the build up of tension. It also doesn't hurt that there were quite a few laugh out loud moments that got me some funny looks from those around me. I loved Landon, he is so swoon worthy and Aubree is a strong, confident, feisty woman who I would be happy to call a friend. This is a steamy, heart warming book left me with a smile on my face and is perhaps my favourite in the series to date.

A beautiful story of friendship and love!. So much to love about this book! Honestly entertaining but also so very enjoyable and with characters that you would want as your friends! I know I certainly would! I loved Aubree and Landon’s story so much! And the support of their friends is insurmountable! The banter is witty and oversharing happens alot but with the wonderful way they talk to each other you cant help but feel envious! Aubree and Landon may have made the most important decision they could make one fateful drunken night but whats in store for them is incredibly beautiful! Yes as with any relationship there are bumps in the road but could it be fate keeping them on the right path to true happiness!? A beautiful story of friendship and love! Ms Ryan has outdone herself with this story!
