IN LOVE!. I truly enjoyed this book. Might I add that this author is incredible. I recently got into reading a couple months ago and shas quickly become one of my absolute favorite authors. I feel everything she puts into her story and it’s like a reprieve from the storms of life. Truly gifted. Great Story! Can’t wait to read about Jack next!

Disgusting double standards galore. I really loved the concept of the book. But I’m sick and tired of these books that make the man have to do all the work. Greg easily forgave Julia when a scandal came out. Did Julia ever apologize to him? Nope. But still it even brought them together. He went through everything with her and was patient and wonderful. Then the same situation comes up and she bails? And then when he still comes for her one final time STILL isn’t the first to tell how she feels? I’m so sick of the double standard. The second a man does something that could be perceived wrong, he becomes the devil and she insults him and shuts him out. But women can do whatever they want and the man still ends up apologizing. It’s disgusting. Why can’t a book with equal stature for the sexes be written?

5Stars. Finally a romance that doesn’t end on a cliffhanger that you really can get into! Love it!

Bad. There wasn’t an epilogue about greg and Julia, which i was hoping for. There was unanswered questions about their future. I thought it was ironic how greg accused her of being closed off yet he didn’t share about the pregnancy scare. There wasn’t much conflict between the characters in the book, only about mike, their relationship being a secret and the birth control pills. Lots of issues with greg, not believing her about the pills after he’s known her for years! She didn’t owe him a second chance.

HOT!. A “just” friends to lovers read with plenty of hot and steamy scenes that make you wish you had your own significant other to play out :). Relatable insecurities between the two characters but they definitely make you root for them.

Dirty player. Old friends find out how much they mean to each other. Despite numerous conflicts that reflect trust issues, we readers discover that love wins. Strong characters develop in interesting ways!

Dirty player. I loved the characters in this book and couldn’t put it down. The sex scenes were sizzling and I couldn’t wait to find out if Greg and Julia would wind up together or not!

Dirty player. This is the first book i read from this author, and i have to say, Im so glad i took a chance on it. I love, love, loved it. It felt like i was right there seeing Julia and Greg go from being friends to lovers. I felt and fell in love with Julia and Greg. This book is awesome, heartwarming and funny. Id recommend it to anyone. Great reading 😃.

Hockey & Romance.... Book one in the Slayer’s hockey series was a fun and wicked fast read. Relatable storytelling with old high school friends reconnecting at their ten-year reunion, and an IOU kiss sparking more than friendship.

Sexy and hot. Loved it, full of hot chemistry between two friends. When they finally explore their feelings for each other they see just how good life can be. Just the same, life can change in a flash and it’s how you handle the turmoil that tells the story.

Another touchdown!. Yeah not about a football player but he quarterbacked at the end!! Could not put the book down, loved the characters and the loooong lasting friendships from high school to professional athletic careers. Loved the emotional distress of both sides and how the double standards of females in the professional athletic arena were showcased. Loved the HEAs, the friendships and the punchlines between the character!

Good read. Well written, interesting characters, and a decent story line. Not totally unrealistic but enough fantasy to be enjoyable. I’ll be looking for the others in the series!

Fantastic book. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this book deserves 10 stars! The characters are believable and quickly become people you know, not just characters in a book. I felt personally invested in their relationship. I laughed, I cried and I rooted for them all the way! READ THIS BOOK!! It is so worth it!

Dirty Player. Greg is a slightly cocky, confident NHL player. Liked that. Julia is a successful, talented sportswriter. Not helpless. Liked that. Their interactions are real and believable. The problems they face make sense. Book never got boring. Good romantic story. Will read Mira Lyn Kelly again.
