Too drawn out. And no ending. I never would have read this if I knew it was not the complete story. Its very long and drawn out to be left with no ending

I didn’t like. I don’t recommend

Commitment. Things I enjoyed about this book: characters are damaged by life circumstances but determined to overcome, nontraditional families function well and support each other, and acknowledgement that life is complicated. Things I found tedious: apparently endless angst over decisions far in the past, more endless angst to the point of tedium, lack of resolution of major issues which apparently is intended to entice the reader into another 1000+ pages of similar tedium.

One click. If you love an angsty book than this book is for you. TK pulls on your heart strings from start to finish. Can’t wait for Book 2. I need to know how this ends.

Commitment. I hate stories that leave u hanging. This is one of them. I wasn’t impressed enough with the story to buy the next book.

Disappointed. Lovely story but I can’t stand cliff hangers. They drive me crazy when I can’t just continue and finish the story.

Fantastic start to this series!!!. This story was AMAZING!! It drew me in from the start, and I couldn’t help but fall in love with Drew and Brooklyn. There were parts that had me laughing, and others that had me in tears. The secondary characters add so much entertainment to this story, with the exception of a certain one who I hope to see the downfall of as Drew and Brooklyn’s story continues. There are a few situations that happen in this book, and I hope to see how they evolve through the rest of the books in this series. That ending has me dying to get my hands on the next book! This is definitely a must read!!!

Loved it!. Wow!! Started this book and couldn’t put it down!! Deff one you have to read the second one to finish up. Loved their love story.

Angsty!!!!. Oh my gosh, the angst, the chemistry, the tension is through the roof! This story is an unstoppable force of passion, love and a bond stronger than anything they’d ever encountered. How can you deny what’s been in front of you the whole time? How do you finally chase down and fight for the one that’s been the constant light in your life when you’ve been so blinded?

Commitment. The storyline was too slow in developing and I was disappointed that you had to buy a second book to find out the conclusion

Great Book. I could not put this book down! It is very good and you get wrapped up in the 2 main characters, and just want to make sure they talk open and honestly. However, I understand why it’s so hard to do.

Tags At Your Heart Strings.. Commitment is about the secondary characters from T.k. Leigh’s book, Writing Mr. Right. We get the inside scoop on Brooklyn and Drew, how they first met, and if there’s any feelings between the both of them. Honestly, you can read this book as a stand-alone, but I would definitely read Writing Mr. Right first to meet all the characters since they’re all in Promise. Brooklyn is at a crossroads in her life. In some ways, she feels she has everything she’s ever wanted: a great job, perfect boyfriend, & a wonderful home. Yet, she has a nagging feeling that something is missing—someone is missing. In her heart, she knows she wants to be with Drew. Her head tells her differently; to settle with her boyfriend because he makes her feel safe, protected, and has a great job to support her. Drew wants a second chance with Brooklyn, he knows they belong together and he’s more than willing to show her no matter what’s at stake. He’s undeniably in love with her & he doesn’t want to lose her again. There’s so much angst, a roller coaster of emotions, & heartbreak. You’ll feel anger at some of the characters at one point & want to reach into the book and give them a big hug at another point. This is only book one, looking forward to what happens in Redemption. Until then, T.k. Leigh did a phenomenal job writing this emotional journey between two characters who are at odds with their head and their hearts.

Another Must Read by T.K.. Commitment... Holy Cliffhangers!!!! T.K. Absolutely loves to keeps us guessing and on the edge of our seats. No matter the book it’s always a page turner. I absolutely know Drew and Brooklyn are meant to be the unfortunate part is they both have let the past guide them and that may cost them true happiness. T.K. Has an amazing talent, she give us no other choice then to fall in love with Drew and Brooklyn yet makes you want to smack them in back of the head at the same time. Brooklyn is having to come to terms that she will most likely never have that earth shattering love with her true soulmate. But is settling with Wes the best option even if she appreciates and cares for him. Or should she make the hardest decision of her life and walk a way from a guarantee and put her life’s happiness and heart on the line and go after what she truly wants and needs. Telling Drew the truth could cost her everything... Drew walked away years ago and made a decision he has regretted ever since but is knowing Brooklyn will forever be out of reach enough for him to share his secret and un-guard his heart. Being in love with someone you can’t have makes being best friends that much harder, especially when you may hold what they’re looking for. But we all know telling the truth comes with a price and it may not be a price you can afford. Waiting for the end of their story on pins and needles here...

🥰. This was one of the most interesting books I’ve read. It kept my heart pumping and racing! I can’t wait to read the book!

Commitment. Enjoyed the book but the way it ended was not great. Reading almost 800 pages and then it ended like it did was disappointing.

Dirty Trick. I liked the story. I liked the characters. I liked the way the author wrote the story. I DIDN’T LIKE READING HUNDREDS OF PAGES AND THEN BEING TOLD IF I WANTED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER 400 PAGE BOOK. THAT IS A LOUSY WAY TO GET SOMEBODY TO BUY ANOTHER BOOK. WELL IT WONT WORK FOR ME. I AM DONE WITH THIS AUTHOR.

Ending. I dearly loved this story, but the ending, no way for any story to end, but wait, for $3.99, you can maybe find out what happens??? Maybe???

The only way I could see the. The first time you have a

Drew & Brooklyn. Drew and Brooklyn drove me nuts in this book! They both were clearly head over heels in love with one another but both refused to acknowledge it. While Drew was her first, and let’s be real, only love, Wes was actually a really great guy. There were times that he did seem to be a little shady and brush Brooklyn off for work, but I genuinely felt bad for the guy because he was head over heels in love with her and had no clue that she didn’t feel the same. It becomes plainly obvious that Brooklyn shouldn’t stay engaged to Wes but she does anyways.

Commitment. Excellent. Can’t wait to read Redemption. Well done. Catherine

I’m hooked!. Wow! This book is fantastic! I am so invested in Brooklyn and Drew. I can’t wait to see what the next book has in store for them. I started and then I couldn’t put it down, I craved reading it and looked forward to when the kids were in bed every night so that I could escape into the world of commitment.

Ends with a cliffhanger. Great read! Kept me wondering, but also left me feeling sorry for Wes. Disappointing to discover the cliffhanger though.
