April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, writer, and radio host. Since 1996, she has been the voice of Clarabelle Cow. Early life Winchell was born in 1960. She is the daughter of inventor, ventriloquist and comedian Paul Winchell (1922–2005, the original voice of Tigger), and his second wife, Nina Russel.
