I loved Levi!!!. The third book in The Boys of Jackson Harbor Series surprised me, and delighted me with it gradually revealing mystery, it’s nerve wracking suspense, and of course it swoon worthy Jackson Boy and his protective and loving, sweet, sexy ways. Levi Jackson and Colton McKinley have been best friends for a long time. Both thrill seekers, both getting into trouble. But Colton went further and got into pain pills, and became addicted. Then along came Ellie. Colton met her first, but they were both in love with her. Levi, though loving his friend, backed off. But it went on for years. She was the first girl Colton ever took seriously. He was trying to cleanup his drug problem for her and everything. Three years after Ellie met the boys, she is found in her apartment unconscious. Beaten. Bruised. Hardly breathing. She was in a coma for a while. And then when she wakes up she can’t remember anything from the last 3 years. Levi, Colton, Jackson Harbor where she lived. On top of all that Colton and his father both have gone missing. The first person that is familiar to Ellie is Levi. She has little clips of memories of him. Plus she just has this feeling about him. So when she starts to remember and decides to go home to Jackson Harbor and solve the case of what happened, where’s Colton and his father, are they dead? She decides to turn to Levi for help. The mystery and suspense in this book are really well done!! With all the twists and turns, you aren’t sure what to think! I thought Lexi did a beautiful job with this! And as usual, the love story part of it was so beautiful! Levi is one hell of a guy!!! He is such a protective, sweet, kind, thoughtful, gentleman....until he gets the green light and then he’s a real alpha in the bedroom, in the shower, and almost in the kitchen (someone interrupted). Levi loves his family. He’s loyal. How can you not love Levi?! I loved this book! Another 5 Star in this Series!! I can’t wait for book 4!

Okay. Not my favorite. To me, Levi’s obsession with Ellie is ridiculous and the expectation that a Jackson brother always gets what he wants. I wish the author had him move on when he realizes that Ellie really does love Colton. This book does have a good mystery though.

I love this series, but….. I did not like Levi. Who pines after his best friend’s girlfriend for years and sees a small opening, at the worst possible time, and takes his shot? Did Colton have issues-yes. Did that warrant Levi going after his girl-no. And guess what? Colton actually is the better guy because he has been protecting someone all along. I love all the other books in this series, but this one didn’t leave me feeling good about the HEA.

Good read. I wanted more for Levi but I guess he still got his happy ending

Good, but not great. Another enjoyable story, but I don’t feel like I connected with this one as much as I did the first 2. Between the bouncing back and forth between past and present, and never really feeling like Ellie truly loved either man, it was a little hard to get into. But with all the characters flowing through each book, I can’t wait to read the next

So far my favorite book. This is by far my favorite series of books I have ever read. Each book leaves me thriving for more and I cannot wait for the remaining of the books in this series to be out. I have pre ordered them and counting down the days until it is released!!!! I cannot wait to see what shays love story is all about.

The Boys of Jackson Harbor. I was honored to be selected to read and review this book with an advanced copy. I have loved all of Lexi's books for years, but she just keeps getting better. Her Jackson Harbor series combines a picture perfect town as a perfect backdrop to a picture perfect family of Jackson boys, their sister Shay, and their significant others and kids. In this book, you have Levi and Ellie. Levi has loved her since the moment they met, but she's currently dating his best friend and Levi is firmly in the friend zone. But when Ellie is hospitalized after a brutal beating and Colton, the best friend, is missing, Levi vows to protect her with everything he has. There's suspense, intrigue, gaps in memory, laughter, tears, heartbreak, and being made whole (with or without a man). Lexi always has a way of keeping you on the edge of your seat and begging for more. This time is no exception. If you're new to this author you can't go wrong with any of her books. Each is a standalone but best read in order. The Shattered Hearts series and Here and Now series have been my favorite, but Jackson Harbor is quickly edging into the lead, thanks to brothers like Ethan, Jake, and now Levi. Can't wait for Brayden, Carter, and Stay to tell their stories.

Learning to love to read again. I recently became a mom and started reading to stay awake during night feedings. I have falling in love with this series and can not wait to continue to read them

Dirty Reckless Love. A few constructive criticisms: 1. The format of before/After 2. Ellie’s neediness and weakness, even though that was the moral of the story.....she had to find herself, but she was pathetic I loved Levi, even though it’s unrealistic to keep pining for someone like Ellie 3. Wash, repeat. Every book in this series is the same story, different characters.

My favorite in the series. Well, well, well. I never would have suspected that Levi’s story would be like this. I honestly wasn’t sure how this story could play out in a way I was ok with. In the first two books in this series we know that Levi is in love with his best friend, Colton’s girlfriend, Ellie. I couldn’t imagine how their story would end in a way I would be happy with. Dirty, Reckelss love was full of twists and turns and I devoured every word. Lexi Ryan outdid herself with this book. I would say that this book is my favorite in the series and I can’t imagine the following being any better. I love a little suspense with my romance and this story was full of it. Levi was freaking amazing and Ellie was very relatable. I even still like Colton. It was also nice to see how everyone else in Jackson Harbor was scoring. I highly recommend this book and this series to everyone!

Best book yet!. While I love almost every book Lexi writes, I am just so in love with this series and this might be my favorite book yet! It combines additional components such as family and support into these stories while maintaining growth within all characters. Each book in this series is an emotional journey of ups and downs and this book had the element of suspense that took it to the next level! While at the beginning of the book it was a bit confusing keeping everything straight from before the incident versus after, I actually enjoyed the style of how Lexi wrote this story, alternating between past and present. I felt as if I was learning things in real-time as Ellie remembered. As the story went on, parts from the beginning started making sense, and by the end, I was totally blindsided yet also on the edge of my seat knowing who caused the incident at the same time! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Levi and the internal struggle he dealt with for years regarding his feelings for Ellie and coming out of it on a respectful and commendable level. With emotions running as high as they were nobody would have faulted him if he would have succumbed and the story went another direction, but the Jackson boys were raised right and it was yet another example of being a gentleman. Another enjoyable aspect of the story is that it is not the typical storyline; the bad guy isn’t who you would expect it to be. This book definitely stuck out more to me that the others in the series due to the suspenseful nature that truly kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire story! Read the book – you won’t be disappointed! Overall, this book was my favorite thus far from this series and I cannot wait for the next ones to come out and see in the background how Levi and Ellie end up! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Incredible Story that is a MUST read. Dirty, Reckless Love By Lexi Ryan This book had me at the first page. I had so much trouble putting this book down. I do NOT give away spoilers so if you looking for that…sorry! Lexi Ryan out did herself in this book. Without a doubt she deserved the RWA RITA award. She brought out the kindness in her characters and the not so nice characters that kept you on the edge of your seat wondering what would happen next. Levi, Ellie, Colton, Ava, Jake, Brayden, Molly, and so many more wonderful characters to enjoy. Her characters had many things to conquer in each their own way. They had the task of trying to find out who they are and who would hurt someone they all love. There are many twists and turns in this book but it is what makes your putting down the book so difficult. I cannot stress enough how good this book was and the best book I have read in a while. Don’t take my word for it…..read it!!

An undeniable must read!. Pure, raw emotions cascade from the pages of this book! In complete honesty, I had no idea what this book was about before diving into it. I had read the previous books in The Boys of Jackson Harbor Series (which were amazing!), so reading this book was a no-brainer. Expecting equal parts heart and sizzling heat from the storyline, I was blindsided with a more emotional and heartachingly anst-filled love story. Dirty Reckless Lovehighlights the excruciatingly painful and tormenting side of love, and the tragic and disturbing actions taken to ensure secrets and lies are kept hidden. A more suspenseful read verses the previous books in the series, Dirty Reckless Love centers around Colton, Ellie and Levi and their quite complicated “love-triangle” relationship. After an assault leaves Ellie with no memory of the past 3 years, she doesn’t know who attacked her or why it happened, let alone who Levi even is. But for a chance that her memories might return, she must rely on Levi and the unexplainable connection she feels when with him. But with missing memories comes the question: is Colton the one responsible? This book was a mysterious and dramatic romance, featuring chilling, devastating, and heartbreaking details that layered the storyline with complexity. Told from dual POVs with multiple flashbacks, Ellie and Levi were exceptionally intricate characters. The more you learned about their entangled past as the timeline jumps from present to past, you become more invested in their lives and finding out the real reasons behind all the unknowns in the story. But as the focus was more on Ellie and her recovery, I couldn’t help but commiserate with Levi. The friend, the third wheel, the rebound guy, his own emotions and unrequited love was what truly hit me right in the feels. His unrelenting love and devotion for Ellie was unquestionably heartfelt and completely selfless. He stole my heart from page one. Love shows no bounds when it comes to this story, and just how dirty and reckless it can be. An undeniable must read, Dirty Reckless Love will leave you breathless, with a newfound appreciation for unconditional love.

Book 3 is another page Turner. Yet another book from Lexi Ryan that I either can’t put down or can’t stop thinking about when I have managed to stop reading!

Couldn’t stop reading!. All the books in this series are AMAZING but I thought this one was the best so far! So captivating you won’t be able to stop!

Levi this guy is everything and more. Wow where to start this book is more suspense romance than the other Jackson books.....lexi had me hooked from the start I couldn’t put this book down....the love between Levi and Ellie is there but Levi has to give Ellie time to realise she loves him and not Colton but Ellie doesn’t remember what’s happened...the twists and turns keep you wanting more and they don’t disappoint...
