Schooled. Just couldn’t relate to this book. Felt it geared more for teenager/young adult and I’m older. I though parts were boring. It wasn’t a bad book it just didn’t interest me.

Couldn’t put it down!. Honestly when I read the summary of this book, I didn’t think I would like it. But a few pages in and I was hooked!!!! Very easy to read book with compelling and sexy characters. I really would love to read the 2nd part-stripped but can’t pay $5 right now

Schooled. To be honest, it was like finding every excuse not to read it! This book did not hold my interest, finally got to page 460, and gave up. It was boring and I didn’t like it

Loved it!!!!!. Can’t get enough I’m only on chapter 4 but it is the best so far. I started reading it like an hour ago and it’s only 6:48 January 18 2018... 4 chapters in an hour. Can you tell how much i like this book. And I’m looking into righting, and I was wondering if you had any suggestions. I’m looking into righting romance and fantasy. Piper Lawson Fan!. Wow! I read The “Good Girl” series a while ago and could not put it down! I was hooked! Lawson draws you in without making you wait too long before introducing the meat. You find yourself so invested in the story and the hero and heroine. Schooled is no different! The emotions run deep. And you end up wanting to fight for the couple!

This book was hot!. This book was hot! It was my first read from this author, after being recommended to be my a friend. I immediately fell in love with this authors words. This a beautiful story that engrossed me from the very first page. I will definitely be reading more of this authors work.

This was the second book I read in this series; I started with book 3 and loved it so much I wanted to start at the beginning. Schooled was an awesome "first of the series" in that it established a perfect foundation for the rest of the series. But good gracious, I was NOT expecting the level of HOT contained in these pages! Dylan is certainly broody and VERY intense. I really liked him, and I really liked him when he finally went after who he wanted; Lex. And I loved when Lex finally pulled her head out of her bottom and went after Dylan right back! I was really rooting for Lex, as she went through a streak of horrible luck and couldn't wait for her to get her happy ending. This is an outstanding New Adult Romance series, and I can't wait to read book 2!!! (I received a copy of this book in consideration of an honest review)

A best friends brother is wonderful. BFF's grow up together, and promise to start a fashion design company upon graduating from college. The only obstacle is her best friends brother has become her secret.

Love this book. Sexy, engaging, interesting - I can’t wait to read the next installment. When Lex and Dylan got together the first time, I put the book down and grabbed my husband for a repeat performance.

ummm. there was a lot of sex happening and it made me uncomfortable not hating on the book but maybe change the age range it kinda disgusted me but i loved all the mentions of the main characters business travesty... that was good.

Schooled Review. I loved this novel. One of my favourite romance trope is falling for the wrong someone I.e. the best friends brother and this author does it really well. Dylan was a wonderful character and I really liked the romance between the two characters, the humour and the situation they were in and how the author handled it. I truly enjoyed reading this book!

Best friend’s younger brother. This story kept me on the edge of my seat. There were no slow bits. I’m usually quite good at guessing what happens next but in many instances I couldn’t guess what’s around the corner. I really enjoyed the story and the idea of a continuous storyline when Lex and Ava moves to New York after college. Great chemistry between the characters. And Dylan Cameron just made it into my top 5 book boyfriends list!! Standalone book but also a strong start to the Travesty series.

Forbidden fruit. I devoured this sweet, funny and seriously hot story in one sitting. Lex tries so very hard not to fall for her BFF's brother, but sometimes life has other ideas! Loved this, read it, now!

Not for me but well written. This book was really well written but I didn’t love it. There was a lot of negativity towards women (the female protagonists mother, even her best friend cops what I felt was unjustified criticism) which I did not like at all. I feel like this book is best suited to young adults (17-24). While it had a good storyline it wasn’t my thing and I won’t be reading any more of the series.

Really enjoyable read. I was expecting another predictable romance novel but was pleasantly surprised with this one. The characters had depth and kept drawing me in, wanting to understand more. I loved the little bits of intrigue Lawson conjured, making you wonder if you’ve really grasped a characters nature - was Lex right or Ava? I found I related to Lex and her struggles in balancing her dreams with new and existing relationships. All in all, very well written and would recommend to anyone looking to escape into someone else’s world for a time. I save 5 stars for those few novels that completely shake your world so don’t let that put you off, I can see myself re-reading this later I’m the year when looking for something to read. Go for it.

I’m Hooked. This is the first in the series, yet I’ve read this last. It doesn’t matter, they’re all standalone, even book 2.5 ‘Sealed’ which is pretty much the epilogue of Schooled (in my review I stated it was what happens after the HEA). I’m even going to reread the series again. I love all the characters in this series and I’m so glad I’ve finally read Piper’s debut. It’s not often I read about a younger man ( I know there was barely over a years difference between them) and an older woman, but it was refreshing. The best friend’s brother is not new angle, but even so I found the story refreshing and not so predictable, so much so that I had no clue where Lexi’s head was at. Dylan was so so mature and completely loveable. I loved the writing and the story, I’m so glad I found this author, I’m hooked.

Great. Once I started, I couldn’t stop reading

Patience required. One needs to be in a patient and accepting mood to read this book. That’s because Lex doesn’t live in the real world. She lives in a world where she is the centre of the universe. She is single mindedly focused on work. The reader has to endure months (chapters) of avoidance and descriptions of her work and her studies. A super cyborg of perfection and work work work. The saving grace is that when one finally gets to the good bits, you want to rejoice and celebrate the breakthrough. Unfortunately it’s short lived and the story just turns back to work and avoidance. The 3 stars are for Dylan, but I wonder if he could not have done better than Lex. I think he deserves someone that puts him first rather than third behind Ava and Lex’s work.
