Charming Christmas Keeper!. Four and a half stars A Firefighter’s Christmas Gift by Vivian Arend is a lovely small-town Christmas story about Hanna Lane and her eight-year-old Chrissy, and firefighter Bradley Ford and his father Patrick, who are able to offer these two shelter when a fire destroys their apartment. Vivian Arend’s characters are beautifully written, and the pleasure of their growing connections and slowly unfolding feelings make for a sweetly charming and hot holiday novella. A keeper!

Slow, sweet burn. This is Book 1 in the Holidays in Heart Falls and can be read as a stand-alone book. This is one holiday story that you won't want to miss becuase it will definitely put you int eh holiday mood of giving. Brad is a firefighter and moved back to Heard Falls after the death of his mother so that he can help his father. There he meets Hanna and her daughter, Chrissy. Hanna has had a hard life since she was kicked out of the family when she became pregnant at 16 years old. She's worked hard and made a good life for her daughter but now things out of her control are happening. Brad knows what he wants but he knows that he must go slow and not spook Hanna. If you love a sweet, slow burn type of romance then you need to get this book. Vivian Arend has put her awesome touch to another great story and gives you a book that you can't put down.

Brad and Hanna. Such a sweet book. I love that Brad was so patient with Hanna and Chrissy. And I love Patrick…..what a cool Dad. Good characters and storyline. HEA was great.

Christmas wishes. This was such a moving story. Growing up in a single parent home, I understand how hard it is for Hanna to get by. She is lucky. She has good friends and a man who adores her. But she needs to figure out how to let go of the past. Rejected by the boy who got her pregnant and then abandoned by her parents, I feel for her. She's had to do everything on her own and at such a young age. Now Brad wants to help her and be more to her than just a friend. Can she allow that? Will she be able to put aside past hurts and see where this can go? The fire destroyed her belongings but it didn't destroy her will or her love. Only time will tell if Crissy gets her Christmas wish.

A Firefighter’s Christmas Gift. Loved this book! I love this author, she never disappoints. This was such a great feel good warm story. I found myself smiling a lot while I was reading. Brad and Hanna are such wonderful characters. Plus little Crissy and Patrick are such great secondary characters. I got so lost in this book that I didn’t want it to end. I couldn’t put it down, I read it in one sitting. It’s a quick very satisfying read. Kiddo Ms. Arend for another great book! I received an ARC for an honest review.

We all need a Firefighter. I have always like Vivian Arend writing style. She has the ability to transport you to the book world. This book is not an exception!! A strong firefighter who puts a lot effort in saving lives as much as loving and caring for an extraordinary single mom touched my heart. It was really hard to put this book down not only because the love story but the nadie of the season! I recommended this book a lot!!

What a read. I wasn’t sure anything could be as good as the six pack ranch books. BUT Heart Fall is turning about to be an awesome series. Brad and Hanna’s story is so sweet and heart warming that your going to need a tissue and maybe a cold shower. Definitely a five star book.

A Firefighter’s Christmas Gift Novella. What a great feel good Christmas Novella and side story for the Heart Falls series. Bradley, Hanna and Crissy’s story was very touching and sweet. But I have to say Crissy’s character stole the show.... she was just adorable! Here’s hoping that there will be another Novella on Mack & Brook’s story!!! Can’t leave us hanging....

Good clean fun (mostly!). Enjoyed the book. I’m a tough sell. She can write. Would read more from her (try a doctor next).

Must read this book in the Heart Falls series. ARC in exchange for an honest review. I’ve been reading Vivian Arend’s books for a number of years. This story featuring Hanna and Brad does not disappoint. Within just a few minutes you are hooked. All that was missing was reading this book by the fire with a decadent hot coco or glass of wine. Romantic and sweet with a sensual twist. A truly heartwarming read. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Heartwarming Christmas read!. I have enjoyed reading Vivian Arend since I found the Six Pack Ranch books. This was no different, I liked learning about Brad and Hanna’s story. I’m not sure that I would have been as patient as Brad but he really showed what kind of man that he was. Hanna and her daughter were just what Patrick, Brad’s father, also needed in his life too. If you want a feel good, sexy read for Christmas, this is the one for you.

Sexy, Feel Good Christmas Read. Brad and Hanna’s story just made my heart happy. Brad has patience when it comes to Hanna. Hanna is a single mom who always puts her daughter first. This book was wonderful. You have romance, family, and Christmas, you can’t get a better trifecta for a Christmas novel. I highly suggest this book and all the books in the Heart Falls series.

Thinking about the characters days later!. A terrific Christmas read. Past hurts, bad luck, a blizzard, a child, a substitute grandpa, a strong soft-hearted firefighter...what’s not to love in this story! And an HOE that includes some pretty hot scenes. Good to see strong character development.

A sweet holiday treat. The next book in the Hearts Fall series this is a lovely Christmas story. Brad has come back to town to help his dad after an accident and is immediately smitten with single mum Hanna. Hanna is a little resistant to Brad’s charms due to a past hurt, but when a Fire destroys their home days before Christmas, Hanna and her daughter have nowhere to go and Brad sees an opportunity to prove he is worth the risk. A sweet and lovely story, it brings all the warmth of the season and the fun of watching two lonely people who find each other. It can be read on its own, but would be easier if you read the other stories in the series first.

I loved it!!!. I loved this book. Hanna and Brad’s story was so sweet. They both have giant hearts for the people around them as well as each other. I loved the secondary characters, Brad’s dad Patrick and Hanna’s daughter Crissy. I also loved getting updates in my favourite character from previous books. I cannot wait for the next story.

Heart warming read.. If you are looking for a book that is just an amazing read that leaves you filling great than don't go past this one. Hanna is a single mum who had a child when she was still very young herself and got kick out of home. She was making a live for herself and daughter in Heart Falls. Bradley moved back Home when his Dad was hurt and he was read to move back after his training as a EMT and Firefighter. Just before Christmas the building she was living in was destroyed by fire and Bradley rescue her daughter. This book had me feeling like I was there watching the relationship between all the characters come to life. I would definitely recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
