Book 1 The Boss

From USA TODAY Bestselling Author, Lexy Timms, comes a billionaire romance that'll make you swoon and fall in love all over again.

Jamie Connors has given up on finding a man. Despite being smart, pretty, and just slightly overweight, she's a magnet for the kind of guys that don't stay around.

Her sister's wedding is at the foreground of the family's attention. Jamie would be fine with it if her sister wasn't pressuring her to lose weight so she'll fit in the maid of honor dress, her mother would get off her case and her ex-boyfriend wasn't about to become her brother-in-law.

Determined to step out on her own, she accepts a PA position from billionaire Alex Reid. The job includes an apartment on his property and gets her out of living in her parent's basement.

Jamie has to balance her life and somehow figure out how to manage her billionaire boss, without falling in love with him.

Book 2  The Boss Too

Jamie Connors has decided a job is more important than a boyfriend. She's landed an awesome position working as billionaire Alex Reid's personal PA. It is not meant to be a job with benefits and yet she finds herself in Alex' bed. Despite being smart, pretty, and slightly overweight, she doesn't believe she's attractive enough for a man like Alex.

Trying to manage work and put as much time into her sister's wedding, Jamie finds herself trying to please everyone. Her sister's wedding is at the foreground of the family's attention. Jamie would be fine if her sister wasn't so bossy, if her mother would stop nagging and her awful ex-boyfriend wasn't about to become her brother-in-law.

Jamie has to learn to love herself again, speak up for herself and have the confidence to go after what she wants. She also needs to prove to Alex that she's perfect for her job and for his bed.

Book 3 Who's the Boss Now

How close can you get to the fire and not get burned?

Landing the dream job, working and dating her incredibly hot boss and at the same time gaining the confidence she never had, Jamie doesn't think live could get any better.

She's helping to manage a multi-billion dollar company. Her family issues seemed to be resolved and even though she and Alex have to figure out the wrinkles, it looks like they'll be able to be professional at work and romantic after.

Except perfect isn't quite exactly how Jamie imagined it would be.

Super series of which I have only read the first three books. Follow along and enjoy the characters. Be prepared though. There are TEN books in the series.

Great romance with relatable ups and downs. The characters are so engaging that it was hard to lose the book!

Continuing story of Alex and Jamie is followed by numerous other tales. I’m not sure I need to read beyond these 3 books.

I know not to expect much substance from Lexy Timms, aside from cliche men and good smut. This book series was just so disappointing as a woman. It’s so fatphobic, and when did a size 12 make someone a “beached whale” as the heroine is called. I mean every page talks about how big this woman is when she barely hits a double digit dress size. Beyond disgusting. Author should be ashamed.

Fat phobic and rape comments are unnecessary, add nothing to the story, and off putting.

Very much enjoyed this book. Seemed to me few characters were left hanging but overall a really good read.

Enjoyed these first three books! Very entertaining and hard to put down

Jamie had absolutely no backbone. Read the first book and the first four chapters of the second book and had to stop. She is a complete doormat and acknowledges that. Says that she’s going to change and not take crap from her extremely toxic family that give Cinderella’s family a run for their money (at least Cind. knows where she stands with them), but still does all of their bidding and puts up with things I’d never take. Then in the second book she claims she only wants a professional relationship and then asks about Alex’s personal problems and is frustrated when he doesn’t share like that’s somehow information she should be privy to. No. No. No.

I absolutely loved this set! I was hanging on to every single word as I greedily read book after book! Awesome writing my new favorite writer now can’t wait to be able to read all of your books

This is definitely a great story! Spectacular job ! Enjoyed the read ! HONESTLY, we all want to fall in love with the characters and YOU ACCOMPLISHED that so beautifully ! Highly recommended! Impressive, much appreciated. Waiting for 3,5 and it’s a gift Thank You wooohooo! So exciting to know you really care about your craft ! Extremely evident in your story. Stay safe and keep making MAGIC!

Didn’t like how it was told from like a third person side. Couldn’t even get through the third chapter.

Did t care for the endings in each of these books. I like a bit more than a tease.

What can I say? Totally outstanding book. I don’t know why she divided it into three parts, but it didn’t change the outcome.

Well written.

It’s not the worst thing I have read . But it lacks so much and is pretty rushed.

Strong characters with a swoon worthy storyline. Leaves you wanting more.

I forgot Lexi Timms offers free books which are actually chapters. You get to read part of the book for free, but if you want to finish the book you have to buy it. I won’t be reading any more f”FREE” Lexi Timms series, seems dishonest to me.

Could not put this book series down!!!!

Uh no

It’s was good writing but all three books left you with a cliffhanger and that’s really annoying and I didn’t fall in love with the characters enough to purchase more in the series. Good read but if your looking for a complete series look elsewhere.

Really great love story!

It was ok. Too much weight loss crap and belittling from her family. No depth, choppy, and only from female characters point of view.

The overall plot is interesting, but it is very fast paced. For it to be broken down into 3 books it seems it could have taken its time to fill out and bring more detail between the characters and story. I think it just needs more meat. I saw that there are more books to this series but I think I got what I needed from these 3. I do recommend though. It’s a good read. And the sex scenes were fine but something was missing in them maybe more intimacy as in leading in and leading out. That also felt rushed.

Don’t waste your time, terrible writing and unimaginative.

It’s a good story but boring and Jamie never seems to have enough backbone to defend herself against her mother or sister nor standing up to Alex isn’t enough. She always talks about it in her head but when it’s time to speak up she just settles for ‘ok let’s do it your way’ even though she’s hurting. And she’s never consistent with her emotions, it drags the story on and a little annoying

I binge read all of the set in about two days. So addictive.

I can't believe I wasted my time reading about a woman who loves sex yet isn't smart enough to be strong.

Great time killer.

I don't like having to write a r view to get to my next book. Pat yourself on the back babe and be done with it.... Didn't like the ending..I'll give it four stars

I just finished reading Managing the Bosses Set 1-3. I couldn't stop reading day after day and into the night! Lexy does such a great job with her descriptions of the characters and their emotions. I look forward to reading more of the series and other books from the author.

Had good bones but was just disappointed. The ending just sucked. Made me feel like I wasted my time.

Should have been one book. Story was very monotonous and the characters were flat. Too much focus on weight loss, and dysfunctional family dynamics that were resolved too suddenly (unrealistic). Good effort by author though. Also, plenty of sex scenes that I had to skip out of boredom. May not have S&M elements but definitely erotic romance.

I just wanted a quick read. Didn't happen! Once I started I didn't stop. Great series!

Nini66 Simply one of the best reads. I liked the chemistry between Jamie and Alex though I hated the incidences whereby Alex was indecisive about where his relationship with Jamie needed to be. I would recommend this book to those readers that appreciate captiviting and creative writing.

I didn't know what to expect when I started this set, but I love it. Alex and Jamie have more up and downs than a teeter totter. Both have a lot of baggage. It is just so enjoyable watching how they deal. Now I have to get the rest of the series

I want to read them all!

Good story but too much explicit sex for my taste. I flipped through those pages. But enjoyed the story and conflict when looking for love.

Totally have loved this series between Jamie & Alex!!! The sizzle is off the charts between them, and I love how real Jamie's struggle is... She's so relatable. Great read!

Meh. Story could have been developed more. Every possible dramatic thing thrown in and everything resolved super quickly. Not how someone should handle a toxic relationship.

It lacks depth and detail. However, thank you for the free read.

It’s my first time reading this author and reading a book in a while . It’s took me 3 nights to finish it . Thank you

Please consider to be patience and money with these series. Too many sexy encounter. Off and on jealousy.

Another set of books about a jealous, controlling, manipulative, whining man being "prefect" *** just a continuation of the theme since the mother and sister are also both controlling, manipulative, whining characters who the main character believes is perfect.

Loved every minute of these books. I found myself picking it up and reading every chance I got. Maybe it’s just the dreamer in me but if all relationships could be like this. Loved to see the insecurities in the characters, so true. And how they support each other through them.

Loved it amazing reading love Alex & Jamie the whole series's is just amazing. Giving this must read book
