Finding love. I have read many books by this author. This is now my favorite book. Truman is this amazing man with a heart that is difficult to find. Even though he grew up with an druggie mother and went to prison, he still does everything with his heart on his sleeve for family. So when he finds out he has a baby brother and 2 year old sister, he doesn't think twice but to take them in and raise them. In a chance meeting while getting supplies, he meets Gemma. She had all the money she could ever need, but never love from her family. They make an amazing couple who prove it doesn't matter where you come from. Love will take you anywhere. Definitely a book I will also pick up and read again.

Loved it!. This is one of those stories that ruins relationships with too high expectations of the perfect-for-me man finding his perfect-for-him woman... so I couldn’t have loved it more!!! Well written! Adorable kids. Slight angst to fully complete and lovely conclusion.

Needs 10 stars!!. I know I've said it before, but there was no way I was putting this book down for anything. I got it at midnight and read straight through. This book is absolutely amazing! I think Tru Blue has to be the best book I've read in so long. The paintings and sketches and their descriptions were incredible. And the descriptions of Tru's tattoos and what they meant, all of those just killed me. Melissa Foster is an incredibly talented writer to draw so many emotions out while reading those scenes. I felt like I was living his pain and his redemption. I know I'm talking right now, but I really am at a loss for words over this whole book. It's just that good! And Gemma and everything she went through, I just can't imagine it and she is so loving and caring. Each thing she revealed about her childhood just devastated me, just like with Tru. Tru's interactions with Kennedy and Lincoln and how much he loves and protects them instantly after learning about them is so touching and heart warming. He melts my heart every time he lovingly looks at or even touches them. The game that Tru and Gemma played was so sweet and touching. I cried so many times while reading this because it's so heart wrenching, gritty and powerful. Wow!! I love Melissa's Bradens and all the rest, but this book is just...Wow!!

Family is Everthing. I'm an avid reader of Melissa Foster's books. Tru Blue is the best book I have read that she has written. The characters in this book are so broken & vulnerable, because of previous disfunctional family issues, deaths, and younger siblings. Truman has a very protective feeling towards all the people he cares about. Gemma is a very strong woman with some of the neglected feelings from her wealthy family. The two meet, have an instant romantic connection. This book has a miracle connection after many issues of abuse, drugs, younger siblings, & finally accepting others were to blame for what occurred in their lives. After finding themselves in love, having friends that are their family, and learning to become the family they wanted, results in this magnificent story. 5+Stars! Can't wait to read the next one from the Whiskey Family Series!

Tru Blue ( Book 1 The Whiskey Series ) by Melissa Foster. Wow what a fantastic book, the love and protection that Truman had for his family , friends and deep love for Gemma . With all the horrible things that came from his mother growing up it was a miracle he came out the giving person he became . I loved this book and look forward to reading the other books in this series .

Truman and Gemma were an absolute joy to read. To say that Truman's past is complicated and messy is a total understatement. He wants to do right by his new siblings (that he didn't even know existed!!) and just wants his brother to clean up his life. He's on the straight and narrow path, when Gemma comes into his life at the grocery store of all places. The two connect instantly, but will Gemma run when she hears about his sordid past? This book was AMAZING. My heart hurt for Truman and Gemma every time they had a hurdle to get over. Dealing with a tough past is never easy, but this story shows that even though two people might seem like complete opposites, they may have more in common that they think. I read this book in one sitting, and cannot say enough good things about it. Well done Melissa, well done! So excited to see what is in store next.

Melissa writes such amazing stories that tear the characters and me/you apart. Then with the most beautiful words Melissa will put the characters and me/you back together. Have lots of tissues! *****

I loved it. I love reading romance books and have read a bunch. Now this book is in my top favorites Truman is amazing guy and I usually hate the main female characters but I love Gemma. I highly recommend this book to all those romance readers out their looking for something to stick theirs noses in and read for hours. Enjoy ❤️❤️

Amazing story. Another great book by Melissa. Gemma and Tru’s chemistry is sizzling off the charts!!! Love the realistic approach in this story that families are not always picture perfect but regardless of the imperfections family support is very important. This is one of those books that you’ll want to read over and over again.

Loved it. OMG! Best Book Truman spent six years in jail for a crime he didn't commit. He runs Whiskey Automotive and gets a call from his brother that is mother is bad. His mother is a drug addicted, liar. He shows up and finds two babies, his baby brother and sister,along with his crack head brother. He falls in love at first sight. Gemma owns a Princess Party Boutique and runs into Truman late at night buying baby supplies. Gemma is in instant lust, even with his tattoos and gruff attitude. When Truman reveals his secrets will he lose Gemma or will he fight for her. I would take Truman in a heartbeat, he's sexy, lovable, and romantic. Gemma is funny, gorgeous, and comes from a snobby family but she gives the kids what she never had...time and love.

OMG Tru. Hot....Hot....Hot. This book is steaming with hotness. You will meet Truman. A large tattooed mechanic. He is a my dream bad boy put in writing. He had a heart of gold. You will also again meet Bear Whiskey. You will also meet his brothers Bullet and Bones who sounds just as sexy. On the woman's side you will meet Gemma, Dixie and Crystal. I think you will fall I love with each of them as well. And rounding out the major players in the book you will meet Quincy, Kennedy, and Lincoln, Truman's siblings. Truman has been though a lot in his life. I don't want to give anything away so I won't list all of the things he has been through. Gemma in her own right has been through some pretty heavy stuff. Watch as people from opposite sides of the tracks come together to form a story you won't soon forget. Truman will do anything for the ones he loves. I know Bear is getting his own book, but I really hope all the Whiskey siblings get one too

Broken and made whole. Tru and Gemma’s story broke me in all the right ways. A man willing to do anything for his family and a woman who stands up to her posh past to help protect that man did me in. Fantastic words from start to finish.

Best Story ever. Melissa Foster has done it again!! Tru Blue had me from the first words of the first page. Tru Blue is about a man that will do anything to protect family. He loves with his whole heart. He meets Gemma at the store and you can tell from the moment they meet its going to be a great relationship. This by far is one of my favorite books. I didn't want it to end. Thank you Melissa for another awesome book!!

Took my breath away. Melissa Foster always brings her characters to life, but the story of Truman Gritt took my breath away. Her words draw you into Tru's life so deeply you feel like you are actually there. Tru is an amazing mix of hard and soft as he is the protector of his family but is still vulnerable as he meets Gemma and accepts her help. This was a book I could not put down. A MUST read!

Wow!. TRUly enjoyed the storyline, the broken characters that made themselves whole with each other and the big bad teddy bears throughout the story. A story with a HEA, about family, about love, doing the right thing and the right balance of sexiness and hotness! Can you tell that I definitely recommend and that I can’t wait to read more from this author!!!

Tru blue. Such a sweet love story. The story is so touching. Truman and Gemma’s romance is so sweet too. The book has to be really really good for me to give five stars too and this one is.

Exceptional Story. The way this story starts and the way this author sets the scene, puts you right there with Truman (Tru) walking into the crack house and he knows that what he sees will change his life forever and he’s trying to get through every day while on probation. The first chapter or two was definitely hard to read but Tru grabbed the kids and left to give them a better life than he had growing up. I also felt for him with his brother Quincy, but he had offered him help before and he turned him down. Tru was definitely in over his head, but he took the kids home to get them cleaned up and then out to Walmart for supplies. Who knew he might meet ‘the one’ shopping at midnight. I loved how Tru was so protective of the kids and he didn’t even know them, then Gemma steps right up to help Tru figure out exactly what he needs from diapers, formula, and a car seat for Lincoln to fun pajamas for Kennedy. I liked that they had a somewhat of a friendship started but you knew that once Gemma found out the truth, would she stick around. Of course, with Tru working for the Whiskey’s you knew that they would most definitely step up and help with the kids which is exactly what happened. I enjoyed seeing what would happen with Tru and the kids and what part would Gemma play in everything. Unfortunately, Quincy brought some danger onto the scene but with the help of Bear and his brother’s, Tru was able to get that sorted out without police involvement and just when you thought that was handled something else came up that Tru had to deal with. I was moved by how the story progressed for Tru, the kids, Gemma and even Quincy. A lot of forgiveness and second chances and amends to make but in the end with the help from Gemma’s stepfather, Tru was able to make a family. The ending with everyone was so fitting for this newly formed family. I’m definitely excited for the next book with all the flirting that happened in this story with Crystal and Bear. Exceptional book

The ever curious Gemma, follows the cries and wonders why these children are out this late. Deciding Tru is out of his element, she helps him secure all the necessities the children need. Underneath his tough exterior, Gemma sees a man who loves hard and is loyal to those he loves. Tru is exactly what Gemma didn't know she needed. A real feel good story with a HEA!

Loved. I really liked this book. A guy that is protective, single dad, loyal? This book has all of those things. Gemma falls instantly when she seems him with the kids, I mean who wouldn’t?!? But the love intensified when the spent time together. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Tru Blue. Not really a believable or realistic story. Sweet in parts, too graphic in sex scenes. Not my usual reading material and won’t be choosing more books by this author. I always try to read a book by an author I haven’t read before and that’s how I came to read this one, plus it was free and there were a lot of good reviews. Different strokes, for different folks.

Tru all the Way!. A realistic, dramatic side of Melissa Foster Writing talents. Truman Gritt aka Tru is a powerful lead character. Hard, seductive and who just happens to have a good heart as well. This man is enough to make any woman stand up and take notice. There is nothing he would not do for the ones he loves. Even going to Prison. Tru’s life is far from a good one, he has quite a lot of obstacles in his way, but it’s very clear that Tru is a man on a mission. Gemma Wright is from the other side of life. Prep schools, money but Gemma has learned even having everything you can still feel alone. Gemma has so many sides to her, brassy, nosy and completely giving. There is only one issue I have with Gemma and that is she has no issues dealing with stranger bikers she has never met. I could get pass that so I could enjoy Tru Blue in its inertly. Tru and Gemma create such a strong chemistry, they burned up the pages there are funny moments between the two as well. Together they are enough to make a volcano explode. Even though I thought their first meeting was a bit unusual I know I would have never attempted to approach a man like Tru in Wal-Mart it works for them. Both have baggage without question; truths needing to be said. When they have everything out in the open; can their love be enough to survive the ugly truth life has dealt Tru, Quincy, Kennedy and Lincoln? Supporting characters were as much fun as Tru and Gemma were. The Whiskey’s, Crystal, Quincy and even Gemma’s Mom and Step-Dad added a few interesting moments, but the show stoppers for me was Kennedy and Lincoln, so adorable. I can’t wait to see what Ms. Foster has in-store for the Whiskey’s as she has hinted in the end of Tru Blue that their stories will follow, but I have a request for Quincy’s story please as well. Ms. Foster will draw you in from the beginning. The plot is so well done a little darker than what readers link Ms. Foster too, but the story line is strong, emotional, heartwarming and full of drama. Melissa Foster gives us a not so pretty look into a life not everyone sees in romance novels, something she does quite well. Rated 5 Stilettos and a Recommend Read by Deb!

ESPECIALLY, after one or both has performed oral sex on the other. You do know that an STI/ STD can be spread orally. Your using that word means that YOU feel that people with an STI/ STD are “unclean”. Nice way to polarize, isolate, discriminate and dismiss an entire group of people (1 in 4) who are allowed to have sex and be sexual. Heart, Heart & Heart Tru Blue. I fell in love, I cried and I laughed. This book truly stood out for me because it addressed so many real life issues: dysfunctional families from both sides of the tracks, drug addiction, prison, becoming an instant parent and infertility. Melissa Foster magically wove a believable story filled with love, hope and plenty of heat. Truman Gritt, the eldest son of a drug addict, willingly went to prison for a crime he didn't commit to protect his brother Quincy. Six years later, dealing with his own demons he's determined to start anew when a late night phone call changes everything. A born protector, once again he rises to the occasion and instantly assumes responsibility for his two younger siblings he didn't know existed. Enter sweet and feisty Gemma Wright. I love where and how they meet. The chemistry and attraction is immediate. Gemma is dealing with her own demons, also coming from a fractured family. Together these two have more heart and so much love you want to help them overcome every obstacle they encounter. Gemma is drawn to Kennedy and Lincoln, Tru's younger siblings and they forge a family unit. Gemma deals with her own family issues: suicide, hypocrisy, prejudice and expectations Tru is a fighter who never gives up on those he loves (Tru Blue), and Gemma has to decide if she can accept the fact that Tru's an ex con (his innate protective nature won't allow him to be intimate with her without her knowing the truth). The secondary characters add to the story and leave you wanting more. This is a must read!

Top Notch Emotional. This is a book that you think about months later. The characters capture your heart and almost make you want to be your friend. Your heart reaches out to the responsible, ex-con brother and Gemma, the responsible party planner who both want to make sure the innocent and oh-so-sweet younger siblings are well cared for. And they fall in love in the process. Strongly character driven.

Set in a world of drug addiction, motor cycle gangs, and sudden parenthood of a baby and a 2.5 year old, this book seems a ridiculously glossy Disney version. Poor little unloved rich girl Gemma meets convicted murder Truman at Walmart at midnight as he tries to buy food and clothes for the tiny siblings he never knew he had. His drug-addicted mother had just died of an over-dose. Also the premise that he had no idea what the baby and toddler needed makes no sense when Truman had already parented his younger brother Quincy from birth. It also makes no sense AT ALL that Gemma supposedly knew all about what babies needed (and even how to fit baby car seats!) when she was an only child brought up by servants, whose best friend was also childless. The fact that Truman supposedly has time to renovate his flat, illustrate a book, plus work daytime as a mechanic, at the same time as looking after a baby who still has night feeds and a traumatised toddler full-time is an insult to all mothers in this world. Really????

Inspiring. Wow, what a powerful, heart warming book. Truman and Gemmas story rings so true these days. People judging a book by its cover, drugs ruining families and life’s. Kids caught up in the mess. Truman is definitely a hero, in so many ways. Then there’s Gemma, kind, thoughtful and accepting people for who they are. Her mother’s world, ruled by wealth.

Great start to the Whiskey family. . There are some books that take a few chapters before you know its going to be good .After reading the first few pages you know its going to be good.You have a good guy protecting his brother, then just when he thinks its his time he has to step in a be more than a brother. Then along comes Gemma. There is no looking back after a chance meeting. Along with good friends and Gemma life starts to look good for Truman. I look forward to reading more about the Whiskey family.

What a start to the series!. I loved this book!!! This is the first book and introduction in the worlds of the Whiskeys at Peaceful Harbour, and it is so good!! On paper you would not put Gemma and Truman together, but circumstances do and things get spicy quickly. If you have read Melissa Foster books before, you will be prepared for the emotional rollercoaster that you will ride, if it's your first book prepare yourself for a hell of a ride! This book also introduces you to other characters that also have their own stories to tell and do so in further books. Once you start with Tru, you'll want to meet the rest of the Whiskeys and Wickeds and all I can say is enjoy!

A gripping emotional read. Truman has had a sad life. Suddenly thrust into parenthood, he is left caring for his younger siblings when he attracts the attention of Gemma. She is the light to his dark. can she break through his barriers to help care for those he loves or will his past come between them? This is an emotional story of betrayal, loyalty and family. A standalone novel and a great read.

Absolutely loved it!. Tru Blu by Melissa Foster is a stand alone romance of Truman and Gemma from Pleasant Harbour. I was absolutely hooked from the first page and spent quite a few late nights reading just one more chapter! It's one of those books you just don't want to put down!! Truman hasn't had the best starts in life and has many emotional wounds that he is forced to face and deal with, I don't want to spoil it by telling you why. Gemma annoyed me at first by her pushy attitude but gradually I warmed to her and understood why she acted this way. Both Truman and Gemma make a beautiful couple who have so much love for not only themselves but the others in this book. Really didn't want this book to end as I thoroughly enjoyed it! Having read all of Melissa's books this has to be my all time favourite!! This book hit every emotion! I laughed, cried and it made my heart flutter because you are drawn right into the story!! I will definitely be reading this again! Another brilliant story from Melissa Foster.

This is a beautiful story of a sexy, devoted, real life true blue, loving brother. Who after having an unfortunate childhood gets a second chance at life, making sure his siblings don't follow the same path.With a little help from his very own Princess Gemma. Who becomes his hope, his strength & together they complete each other and become the family they had both always wanted. Melissa's writing style will have you totally captivated from start to finish. I wouldn't particularly say that its dark but its raw, sexy, emotional & inspiring to say the least. Its far from a fairy tale, but something that could & does happen in the world making the story feel real & humbling in many ways. * Warning by the end of Tru Blue your face will ache from all the smiling. But it will be totally worth it!! *

Masterpiece🙌. This book was such a dream!! The strong familial and romantic relationships in this book is something I’m sure we all wish to have. Just reading about the love radiating from all of them was so powerful, I felt it through the screen. Truman is such a strong and flawed hero but that’s what makes him an amazing character. His complexity and care for people he loves was so marvellous to experience. Gemma is just such a sweetheart. She’s everything I love in a heroine, she’s so supporting and loving. They just complete and balance each other out so much, it’s almost like putting the last two jigsaw pieces to complete the puzzle. They’re such loving parents. Here is a quote I absolutely adored and felt so deep in my bones: “If there’s one thing I’ve realized with Kennedy and Lincoln... it’s that wether they’re yours in the traditional sense or not doesn’t matter. The heart doesn’t care about bloodlines or birth parents. It just seems to know how to love in the same way out lungs know how to breathe.” I can’t wait to read Bear and Crystal’s book and then the rest of the series! Kudos to the author🙌 5⭐️ | 1.5🌶

There are at 3 things can always guarantee from a Melissa Foster book: Sexy, emotional (ranging from heart-wrenching to heart-warming), and just hands down incredible plots that have you wanting to devour the book in one sitting and Tru Blue was all that and so much more. Tru Blue is a heartfelt story of doing what’s right, even if that means facing some of the hardest decisions. Putting a twist on a single parent, this book focuses on an older sibling taking on that role to ensure history can’t repeat itself with his siblings. The book tackles several tough issues head on, from drugs to fertility issues to make it a compelling read and one of the best books I’ve read this year. Told through dual points of views, there is such an incredible attraction and chemistry between the main two complete opposite and contrasting characters, Truman and Gemma. While both characters have had their own varied personal struggles, the bond that develops and grows so naturally between them was an incredible thing to read because everything was done with such heartfelt raw emotion. The sub-characters within the book played a vital role in establishing various sides to both characters, especially with Truman. The interactions between Truman and his siblings will pull at your heart strings as this hard, tough, independent man learns to raise his two adorable siblings, Kennedy and Lincoln. Tru Blue is outstandingly written with it’s strong plot, complex characters and immaculate flow and pacing from start to finish. One thing I will say is that when I read a dark romance I expected this to be a little darker so if you are apprehensive about dark romances, you don’t need to be too much. Yes, there is some dark themes faced but it’s not overly dark. The love scenes are perfectly balanced out within the pacing of the book with incredibly written detail that also showed how much chemistry these two actually have. The ending of the book in some ways surprised me by how it finished but following onto the epilogue, it actually worked really well and made it a unique ending style to the main plot. I adored the epilogue and HEA ending it gave to round off Truman and Gemma’s story to make this a complete standalone read. I can’t recommend this book enough; I dare you to not let Truman steal your heart because he stole mine from the start. *I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Tru Blue. Oh my god! I am sorry but out of everything I have read, this may be Melissa Fosters best book yet! It is an emotional read from the start, Truman has had a pretty awful and crap upbringing, spent time in jail to protect his brother then discovers he has younger siblings – a toddler about 3 years old and baby. His life is turned upside down since he takes the kids home with him after getting a call from his drug addict brother regarding his mother. Gemma spots him in the store trying to calm them as well as shop for a million and on things that kids and babies need, she is instantly attracted to him and wants to know his story – not knowing the effect that will have on either of them as the book progresses. I honestly don’t know how to do this book justice with a review as I don’t want to spoil any of the story -it is a emotional read for both characters Tru and Gemma, and what they both overcome because of each others past. This is a must read book that will have you hooked from the very start – buy it and read it now!

Really enjoyed reading about this couple.. Didn’t think I’d enjoy this but in the end I really enjoyed it. A little of something for everyone - tears, laughter and jealousy!! Would highly recommend

Magical!!!. Fantastic story! My heart actually hurt for Truman. He such a good man stuck in a terrible situation and he comes out...STILL a good man. I loved all the characters in this book. I thought Gemma was amazing though I didn't like the fact that she was willing to lose him and the kids over illegal paperwork. At that moment the "prude" in her came out. Aside from that, Truman and Gemma were magical together. Sizzling! This is another AMAZING story by Melissa Foster. I'm looking forward to reading more about the Whiskey's of Peaceful Harbor in the Love in Bloom series.

Great storyline. It was so different that a lot of the story lines I have been reading lately and I really enjoyed it! I could literally feel the love these two had for each other, it was so deep and well portrayed by the author!

What an amazing story!. Holy cow I was drug through the emotional mud on this one! What a heartfelt read. I absolutely loved it! Two broken people finding love and family. Truman Gritt is an amazing man and you can’t help falling in love with him. He is so broken, but so strong and he instinctively knows how to love even though he was never shown any love, except by his brother Quinn, who is even worse off than Truman. Their story will break your heart and the things that come out that they endured is enough to bring tears to your eyes. When Truman knew he wanted Gemma, he knew he had to tell her about his past. What woman wants to be with a killer, but he couldn’t go on without telling her the truth, or at least part of it. She wanted to be with Truman, but she had to have time to come to grips with his past. She wasn’t sure she could, but what she knew of Truman, he didn’t fit in the role of a killer. Not the man he is now. Gemma Wright is a strong, pushy, quirky heroine! She is so funny and so endearing. She weaves her way into your heart with her sweet personality. She also has a heartbreaking past. She comes from a wealthy family and was raised by nannies. Her parents didn’t have time for her and she wasn’t given the love she so longed for until Truman. He gave her all of his heart and soul. They were amazing together and their love was so deep and you felt it all! Crazy good feels in this book! I won’t go into detail about the book except to tell you it is such a bittersweet story of finding the love or loves of your life when you didn’t think it was possible. The secondary characters are developed and I hope that there are spin-offs of this book because the characters were so rich and developed that you wanted more. I also wanted more of Truman and Gemma. Their scenes with the children are so warm and loving, I got a lump in my throat listening to Gemma recount Truman’s love for those children.

Truly Blue........... I no wonder you thought About this story for a while...it was fantastic. Wow it was emotional from the beginning, it tugged at every heart string I have. I laughed,cried, and loved along with the characters. Truman and Gemma were both broken people, but yet had a ton of love to give. Beautiful story I didn't want it to end. Please bring on the Bear. Lol, did he chase Crystal? Can't wait. I also want Quincy to find his match too.

Nothing sexier. Than a hard, rough, compassionate man falling head over heels in love with his children. Couldn't put my phone away and had to read straight through the story. Very deep and passionate. ❤️

There are not many books out there that I've read that have managed to rip my heart out and shred it to bits - let alone within the first chapter - but Melissa Foster's TRU BLUE evoked such heartbreaking emotions from the start that I was nearly afraid of what more was to come. Gemma was raised by wealthy parents and lived in a gilded cage. Emotions were seen as a weakness, love was bought. All her life, she craved the freedom and love of her own making. Truman grew up in poverty, all but abandoned by his drug-addicted mother to raise his brother until he was presented a with a deadly threat not to come around no more. But loyalty and love for his brother ran deep; deep enough to serve six years for a crime he did not commit. One phone call turns his life upside down and inside out. His resultant actions draw light into his life. Although he's still fighting his demons, he's found a ray of sunshine to guide him and he'll do everything in his power to find his way and make things right, for everyone. Oh. My. Gawd. Tru and Gemma are amazing characters. The are so well-developed, complex... compassionate. Their chemistry is explosively hot. The secondary characters, outside of their mothers, were enjoyable and extremely entertaining. The dialogue and cast interaction felt natural and believable. The plot started out with a punch to the gut and followed up by ripping your heart out and shredding it before handing it back to you. From there, there are learning curves and adjustments to be made. Compromise. Plenty of obstacles were presented, all were worked through in a mature and realistic manner. Melissa Foster provided the reader a movie of the mind, the writing style flowed in such a manner that allowed a mental visual to play while reading the story as it unfolded. There was no predictability, but I was mildly surprised that the plot did not go to certain directions and/or certain other obstacles that COULD have been thrown out there were not. The conclusion is solid and very satisfying. No loose ends were left open. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this emotional and dramatic broken, flawed hero and heroine to anyone who enjoys that type of trope. . Loved it!. Great entertaining read. Loved the characters & seeing the relationships develop.

You will truly fall in love!. This is one of my favorite books that Melissa Foster has written. It is a little different from the Love in Bloom series but great none the less. Take a chance on Tru Blue and you will not be disappointed and probably have a new book boyfriend. Imagine finding out you have siblings that are infants who are living in squalor and that your mom just died. You are now their sole caretaker and have no idea what to do. That is what happens to Truman but he quickly gets help in the form of sweet sexy Gemma. She helps him figure out what he needs and how to take care of his new found siblings. Knowing she can’t have kids of her own that she really wants, she helps Truman out and begins to become close to the kids and Truman. This book is one of my favorites but is even better to listen to. The narrator does a great job of transitioning between a sort of grity Truman or Whiskey brothers voice and a more “refined” voice that Gemma and her family have.

Can’t Help Falling In Love With Tru!. What a wonderful heartfelt love story! Tru and Gemma’s Story is so beautifully told by Melissa Foster! My heart just exploded with love for Tru! Hot, sexy, always trying to do the right thing! And Gemma his soul mate who fell head over heels in love with him! This has got to be one of my absolute favorite books by Melissa Foster! I also listened to the audible and fell in Love all over again!

I was deeply touched by Truman and Gemma by the way they provide a loving and secure home for Lincoln and Kennedy. Melissa Foster is like a fine wine. She gets better in age. Absolutely loved and deeply moved. This book couldn't get anymore human then it is💕💕💕
