it’s an amazing book. very informative and helps rejuvenate the soul

If you are on your early stage of healing please read

Very helpful in a time of great need. Very eye opening and mental health boosting! Perfect for a young adult!

Very insightful

Loved it. Couldn’t stop reading! So motivational.

Easy read and overall liked the message!

Thank you. This book is worth reading over, and over.

Love the way it talks to you like if your listening to a friend

This is just what I needed.

Not all chapters resonated with me, but overall… they help get you in the right mind set to let go.

God isn’t real

After a break up this is a good read. I’ve cried for more then half of the book, bc I know wat it’s saying it’s true. Great read

This was a wonderful book to read!! I really hope “THOUGHT CATALOG” will put more free book to read on here I really didn’t enjoy it and it was a quick read for me. I love how some of the authors really could connect with some of the feelings and trails that I myself am going through. Definitely worth the read !!

Every chapter was different yet each chapter was amazing. I found myself in tears, even while reading in public. A perfect read whether you are letting go now or still letting go from the past. 💙

Found this book at the perfect time. It’s a must read for everyone!

Awesome book! I shared this with my gf from work since she’d going through a tough time letting go of her toxic relationship. I’m a victim of domestic violence and toxic relationships so I understand how important this book could be to someone who truly doesn’t know how to let go. Thank you 🙏🏻

It was good

Took a while to finish.

I’m not sure how I didn’t realize that this is a compilation from many different authors, most of which were women. Which implies that it’s mostly men than break the hearts of others. This probably has a lot of truth to it, but it’s not the whole truth. I still got a lot out of it, even if it wasn’t what I expected.

Pretty good book could have, more lengthy chapters but worth a shorthead

This book opened my eyes- I loved every page the truth in these lines will give you another perspective 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏼

Loved this book, helped me so much!

amazing! loved it

Great Book!

A little dramatic, but if you can separate that, and take it the lesson, the drama in it is only to grasp your attention to receive the message.

I liked the book but didn’t like how it referred to the person I want to let go as a he.

loved it!

Reassures that is not easy, or romantic to fall out of love, but is a way to became a better person.

Just a collection of Whining women.

It helped me overcome my sadness; it was a great book to read and help you be a better person.

Love is mysterious sometime. Never underprice yourself. Always strive to be the best self, and what you deserve will be there for you.

teaches a lot!

In some areas of it it was very direct. Some parts were very true to the title of the book.

This is a good book.

Such an easy read and I just simply enjoy reading it over and over again.

Good quotes

It’s amazing how you are not alone in the world. That there’s thousands of people going through the same thing. Thanks to these words I found a lot of strength within myself.

One of the best books I have ever read!

This is a great book for healing your heart.

this was such a helpful book. I just got out of a relationship and helped me so many times not text them in a spur of the moment!

Great read!! Lots of insight and really has me thinking.. great writing piece!

Beautiful I loved the different story lines it made me feel okay to feel the emotions I feel

Suggested

Only because the ending was blah. The start of the book was wonderful and I was highlighting and screenshoting but then the book kind of just went stale.

This is def a must read if you’re dealing with a breakup or loss. Very direct and straight to the point! I LOVEDD IT and literally couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait to reread tomorrow 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I love this book so much. It has very good details about a breakup and how to heal. It’s so good. I love it.

It allowed me to do a lot of reflecting on relationships of the past. Realizing that everybody goes through some sort of heartache. That you’re not alone. How in someway shape or form everybody’s relationship ends just the same. Let letting go is not only good for your mental health but essential. There’s a reason why things are in the past.

It’s a good read for someone who doesn’t know all of these things, that it teaches you and how to let go when that’s the choice you made and have to live up to it.

Great collection of different perspectives on the subject

One of the Best reads!

Amazing book!! Helped me to come to terms and let go

A very though invoking and well written book. I only would have preferred it if the author being a woman; would have made the book a non-sexist perspective. By that I mean, using only gender neutral terminology rather than from a woman’s perspective. Very good book.

Helpful and good insight

My last relationship was the one where i put all my eggs into the same basket - The one that I was so determined to see cross the over the finish line because of the effort and time that I had already put into it. I had forgotten that the most important part of any relationship is my happiness (not to say that your partners isn’t important too) and whether it serves you well. I was too busy trying to keep her happy that I lost myself in the process. This book bought me back to reality at a time that I was lost. It bought me back to my senses. There’s nothing I could do to repay the author of this book for the amount that this book helped me. As I always say, take what you understand out of it and leave behind what you don’t. It’s not just a book to me but more so a lifelong friend, who reached out their hand to me when i was in a time of need. Thank you I’m forever grateful

Great read

This little book is a good read for those trying to get over someone as well as for those who wouldn’t mind a little wisdom or a pick-me-up. It’s quite short and completely free, so you’ve got no excuse for not giving it a go ;)

Just what I needed to read.

This book has helped me so much with a current issue I’m facing, I’ve grown as I person and feel wiser

This book is good, it really helps

Such an easy read... It really opens your eyes to see another way about things. It's not only helps you but it will help you dealing with other people that come to you for advice. I really enjoyed reading this..

This book is packed with situations and comforts you in knowing that you are not alone.

Good book

Solid advice from a range of sources addressing all aspects of heartbreak. A timely read for me, and a worthwhile one.

This book is hands down the best book I have ever read. Definitely a must read for anyone going through a break up. I'm about to read it for a second time.

I would highly suggest you to read this.. if you're having difficulty on letting go of the things or people arround you that you like or loved but you just can't let them go..

After finding out my fiancé had been unfaithful, I started this book lost and filled with negative emotions. 59 pages later, I have complete clarity and realised the true power of letting go. This book has set me free……

Very good but most of it is about relationships.

Great read put my current situation in to perspective

Regular

A good book for teenage girls who are going through breakouts or had one/more but ridiculously repetitive.

It helped a lot, I took some notes, it has some grammar mistakes but I enjoyed it. Thanks

Didnt flow well

There were some grammatical errors, but overall I loved the book. The insight is definitely there and it brought reassurance to some things that I was already feeling.

This is the only closure I needed… thank you for making me realize so much plus my worth.

I am currently in the process of a divorce but I started reading this book when I saw the signs before the discussion/argument came. I would read a little then stop because of other life events but as soon as I picked this book back up, I read chapters on issues I JUST FACED. Like I was meant to stop reading where I did. I totally recommend to anyone facing a breakup, divorce, separation. It really does bring light to a lot of what we are feeling. Not only women but men as well. Great book!

Great book to read for letting go.

This is a wonderful book to give to anyone going through a breakup. It gives helpful insights and understanding into the different facets of “Letting Go”.

Everything in this book is the reason why I’m able to move on with a broken heart and still stand strong

I’m healing from the breakup with my first true love. This helped so much.

This little book is loaded with what you need to hear after a breakup. The essays are easy to read & Re very meaningful.

Amazing amazing book! Thank definitely recommend to those who are actively working on themselves.

Decent book. Great quotes. Highlighted some wonderful and meaningful parts. Overall, it’s a book for mainly women, on getting out of our head and learning to move on. It would have been a great book for me in my early 20’s, not as a middle aged married woman. I highly recommend it for late teenagers and early 20’s. Great concepts!

I loved this book for many reasons but the main reason is because when It was over I didn’t want it to be.

This book was really good. I could read it everyday. Short but good.

This book is amazing. I dont know why its free.

i absolutely loved this book! it helped me through so many things and i did t have to make myself read, i wanted to!! i am absolutely in love with this book!!❤️

This book has helped me with letting a lot of things go. Thank you for this gem. Take care of yourself and stick to your boundaries or build boundaries to protect your heart and energy.

best book ever. especially if u are going through a breakup!

A quick and must read.

If I would have read this 3 years ago, I would have loved it. I’m in a different headspace now but for the better. There were also many grammatical errors.

Very inspirational and I’ll recommend this to my friends

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this book. I feel like I didn’t get much out of it. The writer just spoke of her experience when men. I was hoping for a book that guides you in letting go not just past relationships, but also friendships, deaths, jobs, etc

Written from one point of view

Would have given 5 stars but skipped one chapter because it was a little hokie.

I think the book was very beneficial. Lol, I with it more so for both male and female but overall it gives you a ton of perspective. Loved it!

Great book perfect time in my life ☺️☺️☺️👌👌👌

It was a relaxing read , I shed a tear so I gave it 5 stars

Great book.. will recommend it to others

Lots of good points.

i loveeee thisss <3

Lightweight but that’s a good thing sometimes

I wish I had read this during my first heartbreak!

Very insightful and gave me lots to think about. This book is one to keep on hand and re- read when you doubt your gut and your sanity.

I hoped this would be about grief through a loved ones passing. It's about grief over being rejected.

This book was everything help me acknowledge my worth.J**y

Easy read with a wide variety of perspectives

Just what I needed to hear after my divorce.

Loved this book , opened my eyes to barriers I have faced.

A masculine male here who enjoys self help books/podcasts. I heard about this one through a few sources but never researched it for myself. With that being said, I had no expectations. I just started reading it the other day and it kind of caught me off guard due the writing coming thru the woman’s view point. However, there are gems that are still available to all individuals who remain open minded. After a few chapters, I did begin skimming through. I could feel the feminine energy with most parts of the book even after placing things into the masculine perspective but it only helps so much. I would still recommend the read. Offers great tips, especially for women (or men) of early adult, late adolescents.

One of the best books I have ever read!!!

great book and it was free 💞

I discovered this book while stranded for three days in Lexington, Ky. waiting for repair of my car’s failed transmission in the absence of decent reading material. The title led me to believe it would help me address my tendency to cling to things - memories, pictures, documents, recordings, souvenirs. (In a similar way, Fëanor and the Elves brought war, destruction, and death to Middle Earth in *The Silmarillion* with their desire to “preserve all things unstained” - first, the light of The Two Trees in The Three Jewels, and, then, their desire to punish Morgoth after he destroyed the Trees and stole The Jewels.) By the time I realized the book focused exclusively on relationships, I also realized I would have to look elsewhere for the counsel I sought. Nonetheless, I very much enjoyed the book and found many resonances with my own experiences. I even recommended it to our daughter, who is navigating the treacherous waters of a divorce from her husband of several years. This was my first experience with e-reading and (I must confess) I liked it. It allows me to access an entire library or bookstore from a device that fits in my pocket! Now - if e-readers can emulate the feel of a page as fingers turn it or the the smell of a freshly opened book, I’ll be in literary heaven...

Great read took a year to read but by the end of it I managed to break it off with someone I still do love and want and hope the best for This book may have not been an English lesson but it showed me I have to put my future before my feelings. And that the biggest strength we have is letting go(:

I really enjoyed reading this book. It helped me understand more on a couples of things that run through my head a lot. I highly recommend this book, especially for those who struggle with letting go.

Great book for girls in their 20s.. well done.. self help.. great tools to get moving after a break up.

Amazing!

Needed this

A must read for everyone.

Gives you a different perspective of life and relationships. It’s a real eye opener

Quick and easy to read.

This was an easy and empowering read. I read it over two days, including on a plane ride. It was beautifully written and had a lot of good quotes incorporated. As a mental health professional, I felt it reinforced a lot of good points as to how to prioritize yourself first in your healing journey.
